Sensational! I promised as soon as they opened this magnificent, opulent hotel I would fly over and stay for several nights. I am in love with the RCH brand and once again they have gone above and beyond to create the ultimate experience. It is truly an exquisite, meticulous, stylish and welcoming hotel. The moment you arrive you are welcomed by the loveliest team ready to take care of your every need in such a friendly and professional way. I loved the Junior Suite with a stunning view of the castle as well as dining at the Wallace with an unmatched view of the castle from every table. Laura and Chris are truly so knowledgeable about everything so you feel safe in their capable hands plus the entire team who works alongside them in authentic scottish uniforms. The breakfast was so fresh made with only the finest ingredients and delivered on time. I look forward to having the chance to visit once again as I know this is another jewel in the crown for Red Carnation Hotel Collection. And will earn the right to become the #1 place to stay in Edinburgh.

We stayed here to celebrate a special family occasion as, we have a personal connection to the building from the past. it was very special and the staff made an incredible effort to make us make the celebration memorable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, the service 10/10, and comfort of the rooms was outstanding.

Luxury indeed! The pleasure was all in the detail for me. Truly; from top to bottom this place emulates class, style and sophistication! The bed was sensationally comfy, as well as the pillows and room. The guest services, employees and staff in were top tier. Professionalism taken to the next level. Amazing stay, I would come back and can’t wait to stay here again next year. This place is immaculate. Clean. Crisp. AND MORE! The view of the castle from my room was spectacular. The Scottish details, murals, fabrics, colors and wardrobes inside really made it feel authentic. Again, the detail was spectacular. Not to mention I was treated like royalty. It was an experience to stay here. A fantastic memory. I must add I absolutely loved their ginger cookies!!! The robes were soft. Slippers were cute. The bath was amazing with salts to add. Soaps smelt amazing. Quiet. The doors were fire proof doors that made me feel so safe. They were heavy and gorgeous! Champagne was tasty. Lounge is fully loaded. 24hour service! It’s a dream team here. A dream stay. I am so happy with 100 Princess street!

Lovely hotel. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed a glass of champagne whilst we waited for our room Great views of the Castle. Food was good. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining area. Staff were knowledgeable about the wine and whisky. Loved the tartan uniforms.

We are so pleased to have chosen this hotel. It was perfectly located in the heart of town with a beautiful view of the castle. The interior of the hotel was just stunning and the level of service and expertise by every single person on the hotel staff was incredible. An absolute perfect combination making for a wonderful stay in Edinburgh.

Such a great hotel, so glad we stayed here, the staff are on it right from the off making you feel so welcoming. The hotel is an amazing sight and seeing the castle from the room was next level. 10/10 from us start to finish, champagne on arrival flowers and cake in the room - so many little touches that went so far for us and made the trip just so good.

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay at 100 Princes Street! From the moment we arrived the staff were unbelievably accommodating, kind, and truly went above and beyond. The attention to detail across the property is next level and it is truly 5 star service. The views of the castle, the central location, the food and drinks and incredible service by Rory in the restaurant, the complimentary guided walking tour with Michael, the scotch tasting with Dario, the beautiful rooms, truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Could not recommend this beautiful property more - we so hope to be back!

We had the pleasure of spending a night at the 100 Princes Street. It was a perfect stay. The hotel is a jewel box. Every inch is beautiful. The staff are extremely kind, and knowledgeable and professional. Attention to detail was flawless. The hotel until recently was a private club and still very much feels that way. The central location is perfect for exploring, and the view of the castle cannot be topped. We did not eat there, but the cocktails were fantastic, and, as I had mentioned it was my birthday we arrived to our room to find a beautiful cake, which took down and enjoyed in the lounge area. We can not recommend the hotel highly enough.

We recently spent 4 nights at 100 Princes Street. The hotel is just stunning from the murals in the stairwells to the beautiful ceilings to the lovely rooms. The attention to detail is amazing. We enjoyed breakfast, dinner and drinks in The Wallace and also a whisky testing given by the very personable Rory. The 100 Princes Street team works very hard to make your stay at the hotel and visit to Edinburgh something very special. Thank you to the entire team at 100 Princes Street for sharing your lovely hotel with us!
