We loved our stay. The staff were all frienldy and the service was brilliant overall. The breakfasts were delicious, and there's a good choice of dishes. We stayed in the Lost Lager room, and it was brilliant! Lots of space and the facilities were great. Couple of downsides were the noise from outside/other rooms and the fact you can't login to your own streaming services and the choices availble were very limited. However, the rest of the facilities were fab - loved the terrace, sweet pick n mix and the free water and coffee in the lounge area on the 1st floor. We'd definitely stay here and at other BrewDog hotels again.

Stayed here 3 nights and had the most beautiful stay! I’m in love with this hotel and can’t wait to visit again. We were greeted by Liam or luke I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name he was English on reception and he walked us up to our room and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The room itself was absolutely beautiful. I love the bar area of the room and the complimentary local cocktails were lovely as well. The bed is so comfy, the housekeeping staff done a fabulous job. I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel at all. We visited sushi samba twice, I would review it on here but can’t find it. We had a lovely server called Mercedes she was wonderful. All in all I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights mid-September. The location is superb, the staff kind and competent, the breakfast copious and delicious, the room small but well laid out, good shower water pressure. Altogether, a very nice experience. Finally, we had one dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious. Edinburgh was wonderful! A tip - it is super easy to get from Edinburgh Airport to the hotel via the Airbus, which was easily found at the airport and stopped just around the corner from the hotel.

Room was clean and check in convenient. Tania was a great host at breakfast. Next time I’m in Edinburgh I’d be happy to stay again and would recommend the hotel and conference space as it has fantastic panoramic view of the castle from the penthouse for events.

We stayed in the hotel part. In a double room downstairs. Bed was fabulous. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff were fabulous. The service they give is 5* so it saddens me to say that although it had great parts I wouldn't return. The decor was extremely dated. Wallpaper hanging off the walls and carpets worn threadbare and so old. Curtains old and musty. It smelt old and dusty. I was desperate to get out in the morning and breath in fresh air.
