One bad staff member left, now everyone is so calm, relaxed, accommodating, super helpful and nice. I never lose packages now. New trash and clean up man never stops working, I don't think he ever takes a break. It is really a pleasure to stay here now. Michelle and Steve are the best managers and such good people. Desiree never stops working and is now super nice. Dina, Yvonne, Elvira, Odeel, Reider, Anna, Cynthia are so hard working and super nice. If I left someone out I am sorry. It is just such a pleasure to be here now. Before I just wanted to leave asap. Even the rugs and floors are cleaner now. That's what makes a place safe, clean and happy to stay in for me, the nice people who work there.

Defying my colleagues' advice, I chose the Sheraton Edison for my recent business trip - a decision I don't regret. The front desk professional, Katie, stood out with her top-notch service and warm demeanor, truly elevating my stay. Contrary to what I'd heard, the rooms were fresh and spacious. The hotel's cleanliness was top-tier, and the quiet ambiance allowed much-needed rest before a busy workday. In conclusion, the Sheraton Edison surpassed all my expectations. With its excellent customer service and comfortable and updated rooms, it's an experience worth having firsthand. Don't let hearsay guide you. Sometimes, you need to see to believe.

We stayed here for Saturday and Sunday night in November. Very convenient location tucked away about a block from the busy Rt 1. So, one can have the best of both the world, easy access to everything and at the same time very quiet location. Room is good with comfortable bed, functional bath room. But rest of them are not up to the mark. All other appliances are old, broken and most of the lights were not working. The appliances have heavy multiplugs with single connection, came off from socket and I had hard time to figure out. The corridor simply stinks with old carpet with heavy smoke smell. Even though the building is in quite place the rooms are not sound proof. From the bathroom I can hear clearly from upstairs and next room bath room activities. Unfortunately, we had a couple stayed next to our room who got up at 500AM in the Sunday morning and arguing about something with some unknown language for hours. I know it is not a management problem but they can do something about sound proofing the rooms. The management should be ashamed of advertising as a free breakfast. Breakfast is a brown bag with 2 mini creasy muffins, a nature valley bar and a water bottle may be from BJ’s or COSTCO. Despite all these, the management is flexible, friendly and try work with you. We need to change our reservation for one day which booked through third party website, they obligated it without any extra charge or fuss. Since management seems to be sincere, I’d like to give 4 stars but that would be disservice to other hotels in that area. Just bare minimum average hotel for bed and shower and nothing else.

Hotel is very nice from outside and inside front desk staff is very friendly specially Daniel and monse is very helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean and nice, housekeeping is very friendly , they do very nice job in room ,nice restaurants around the hotel. Staying in edison red roof was very good experience !!

Hello, I have stayed @ several Comfort Inn Hotels and the experience has been fairly the same. This particular weekend I stayed at the Edison location. This is now my favorite one. I was greeted by Kendra who beyond pleasant, professional and over all sweetheart. Kendra was beyond helpful and Joy to talk with daily while there. I believe she is a great asset to the company and to u need more workers such as she who will brighten customers days with that smile.. Thank you Kendra for being beyond Exceptional!! very clean was pleasantly surprised .. room was pretty quiet although the modernized heating system/ convector was a little loud at times and hard to control temperature in the room .We didn’t bother to seek help but I’m sure they would have sent someone to help Nice staff .. Especially breakfast team Breakfast was decent waffles .. eggs .. sausage . Bacon .. cereals Small area though not enough space to distance while eating fr Covid We arrived after 10 pm to check in and the side door of the hotel was unlocked ..was supposed to be locked for security purposes We brought it to the attention of the young man who checked us in .. he was somewhat apathetic .and didn’t comment on it .. They charged 270.0 on my card upon check in my total was 229.0 still waiting to see why the “ overage “ was held in my card Other than this great location not far from Food and eateries but on a quiet side of town
