Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang strategik dan mudah untuk membeli-belah. Tiada lagi yang baik! Bilik-bilik usang, sanitasi rata-rata, sikap perkhidmatan tidak baik, tidak ada perasaan hotel berbintang sama sekali! Anda tidak boleh mendapatkan lantai dan bilik yang bagus apabila anda menempah di Ctrip! Sangat tidak disyorkan. Tiada ulang-alik lapangan terbang! Ia hampir 48 kilometer ke lapangan terbang, dan ia mengambil masa kira-kira 300 untuk menaiki teksi?

Everything is good! Even the restaurant food is good. Will book again.

Seemed under staffed. Long wait times. Took 40 minutes waiting in line to check in. Long wait times with the servers were delivering room service while waiting on tables too. Our room was missing coffee items.

This was a lovely hotel, very clean and up to date. The front staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lounge however was atrocious. The man who was serving us was super friendly but got my friends dessert wrong and forgot mine. I wasn’t going to get one but he had suggested I try their sorbet which never came out. We didn’t mind as it was a debate between one dessert and the other so it didn’t matter and I wasn’t planning on getting one anyways. The thing that was probably the reason this hotel didn’t get 5 stars was the breakfast service. We specifically booked this hotel because the breakfast was included. The buffet was subpar so we didn’t have much on our plates. There were no servers for the first 20 min of us sitting down and no way to get any kind of drink ourselves. When they finally came out from wherever they were, we still didn’t get served drinks or checked on for at least 10 min. When we got our food, we were given a bill right away and told it was $33 each. (This is insane because they didn’t have much food anyways) We went to the front desk and they came with us to sort it out and talked to the waitress and when she came up to us, we asked her about the bill and she still said we had to pay so I went back to the front desk and they were very frustrated with this server as well. We ended up walking out of there. Westin edmonton lounge, do better.

The staff at Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Edmonton truly care about each aspect of their facility. I observed pride taken in cleanliness, hospitality and care. While we were here, we experienced something that could have happened anywhere in the world. This was not something the Comfort Inn could have prevented. Its' one of those things that happens in our modern work of technology. The staff worked fast to get my child and I help. They did not waste time and called for emergency assistance. When the incident concluded; each staff from check in, to breakfast, to cleaning were so compassionate and gracious with our state of trauma. We stayed at the hotel for the duration of the stay as I was more confident than ever this Hotel was the right choice. If you was a great, clean, hospitable stay while in Edmonton; you will want to be here at the Comfort Inn and Suites Downtown Edmonton. I wanted to commend the staff at the Aurora Lounge for their amazing service and hospitality. Jenny and Holly were very welcoming and provided the best service that Marriott properties are know for. Holly is a great addition to the team and provides great service with an amazing attitude. I really enjoyed the welcome back provided by the staff after a long travel day. The staff work well as a team to provide a great dining experience at the Aurora Lounge and I look forward to my return. I always look forward to my stay at The Delta Edmonton South property while in Edmonton. And the staff are a big part of that experience. It is great to be back travelling for work and reconnecting with your property and staff.

Service was good. I wasn’t able to go to the gym. The cafe was closed. I haven’t tried the food. The drinks are good.

Really good experience for staying 3nights, nice staffs, price and location, recommend for family. Will book again.

It has been a few years since I last stayed at this hotel. I was greeted at reception by Chris who was very friendly and efficient. Chris is a great ambassador for the hotel and makes you feel welcome. He thanked me for choosing the hotel and being a Titanium Bonvoy member. I did receive the expected amenities for my stay. Parking is very easy with the West parkade adjoining the hotel. I chose this hotel due to a meeting close by and then a second night being close to enjoy an Oilers game at Rogers Place. I enjoyed breakfast at District 102 Restaurant which is part of the hotel on 3rd floor (separate review). I was upgraded to a very nice suite which overlooks the City Centre Mall. Beds are very comfortable, work area is very good and chairs are very welcoming. Room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping staff are also very friendly and greeted me in the mornings (stayed two nights). This hotel is ideal for venues in the downtown area. Access is easy and a very welcoming and inviting staff. I look forward to returning soon.
