Hotel Ipanema Beach

Das Hotel Ipanama Beach verdient meiner Meinung nach 3 von 5 Sternen. Die Sauberkeit und Pflege des Hotels sind bemerkenswert, und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollten Gäste wissen, dass das Hotel in einem lebhaften Partygebiet liegt, was zu nächtlicher Lärmbelästigung führen kann. Wenn Sie nach Ruhe suchen, könnte dies ein Problem sein, aber wenn Sie das Nachtleben genießen möchten, ist die Lage ideal.

Muchos jóvenes....mucho ruido no lo aconsejo para ir en familia.. Mal mantenimiento en las habitaciones...no se podía abrir la puerta del balcón, baños deteriorado y falla de luces... Muchos ruidos de la habitación donde guardan mercaderías o limpieza...habitacion 227 Lo mejor: el desayuno ...!!!

Everything would have been 10/10 if it wasn’t for rude guests. And yes they were all German. Over 90%. What rude people they are. I smiled and said hello and they may has well of spat at me. I am unsure why such a beautiful hotel excepts these people??? The staff are great/ the rooms are perfect and clean and bonita. I would return over again and even pay double for such a lovely hotel But the guests are enough to leave you running. Absolutely horrid people. I tried to relax on the top terrace but 5 immature German men started kicking a ball towards my head. I went to my balcony and German girls were swearing and being vile and using coke. Honestly shocking. I thought English had a bad rep but trust me the Germans won this one.

As a family of three, we were very satisfied with the whole experience of staying at the Ipanema Beach hotel. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, the personell in the reception, restaurant and bar were really friendly. Both the breakfast and the dinner had ample choice of good food. It is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach and between 6 and 8 euros to take a taxi back up, if you dont want the walk. We really enjoyed it and would definitely return.

On arrival, late in the evening, we were told that they didn't have a room for us. We were sent to the hotel next door, The Seramer Luna. Receptionist told us that it wasn't his fault and in other words just get on with it! On arrival at the hotel next door, it was as if they didn't want us there . It was the dingiest place. I wouldn't even call it a hotel, maybe a hostel. My daughter pulled back the sheet to get into bed and was met with dirt and hair!!!! Back at our original hotel the next morning there were 14 other very angry people who had stayed next door also. I spoke with a manager who said it was a hot water issue, however the rooms were ready at 10 the next morning! We were offered lunch, a burger for 2 days with water only. Otherwise hotel was nice and pool area lovely

Really fantastic hotel, all the staff are extremely friendly, very helpful. The room, pool area and whole hotel interior are kept very clean. The only issue I would point out is I feel the breakfast was poor, there was plenty to chose from however the quality was not fantastic. Apart from that great hotel, great location. Would definitely recommend.

There're hundreds of hotels in the area. Don't go to this one. It's expensive and has poor conditions. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that it didn't have a ramp to facilitate the access of people with mobility difficulties. The second detail was that you were CHARGED for the WIFI 4€ DAILY. I have never seen that before. Also you were given a big and a small towel per person. Not a bath math, and they were refusing to give you any edtra towel. Towels are quite old, by the way. They tried to make money in every single possible way. The dinner does not include a single drink, not even water, and you can't take your own drinks. Most nights, there weren't many options, mainly salad. Nice the first night, but fed up after a week. Food taste was meh, but not horrible. If you want a decently quiet stay, it's not a good option. The place was full of drunk people. The first night, I saw how the man next to my door fell and opened his head. He was so drunk that barely knew where he was. It's not the right place if you aren't partying 24/7. I was told that I could notify reception of what room was causing noises, but there were a few per level. Impossible mission. I had an extra problem. My room had an air conditioner that leaked. I was told that they couldn't send anyone to fix it because the maintenance staff finished their shift at 5. What about emergency maintenance? I complained lots because it was a hazard. Their answer was to put a towel, which was getting soaking wet. They didn't have other rooms available. It took them 3 days to have another room free. I didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Why not just 1 star? Because the staff. THE STAFF WAS NICE, THE ONLY GOOD THING. I feel sorry for them. They face lots of abuse.
