What a gem of a boutique hotel! The views from the lobby, the hot tub and restaurants were incredible. Eating at the chef owned restaurant is a must. We had Italians sitting next to us who said the Gnocchi was the best they had ever had- ours too! Breakfast was included and delicious. Our room was huge with a wood burning stove and jacuzzi tub. We ordered room service from the restaurant after a full day trekking and the empanadas were homemade and incredible. The staff were so helpful with taxi’s, laundry and support although. Would highly recommend to others and hope to go back.

This place was terrible. From an outdated facilities, broken toilets to unresponsive staff this place is to be avoided. After repeatedly telling the staff our toilet was not working right and the drain wasn’t working right. Then the water back flowed horribly, all over the bathroom floor, into the sink, the shower and then across the carpet in the bedroom and even my clothes. Even when I said this to the staff they didn’t jump to fix it! Rooms look like they haven’t been touched since the 1990s Walls are also paper thing. We heard the people above us getting ready at 5.30 in the morning. The only redeeming thing here is the breakfast staff who seems to try and put effort in.

We booked this hotel in advance for an express weekend trip. And we were blown away by the views not only from the guest lounge but also from our bedroom. The property does need some TLC, however considering that the area was badly hit by COVID I feel they’ve got leeway. The hotel team are amazing and I don’t use that term lightly. Two things I felt need improvement 1, the breakfast is lacking in variety. There are lots of sweet items but savory, not so much. The cakes are great but also the feral offering was lacking IMHO. 2, there is a small bar but it’s rarely manned. This will disappoint some guests who expect that a 4 star hotel should have a manned bar. Having the great view also means that the hotel is a short way out of town and is a good 30 minute walk (but it’s simple to get into town). The slight negatives aside I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely revisit

Staff was very nice, we arrived at 11pm, and they stayed to make sure we can check in. They went above and beyond! We stayed in their multi bedroom unit, and was very clean and nice. Breakfast was very good as well.

The place is very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and beautiful views. The place is well located, in front of the lake with an amazing view, Luciana from the front desk is outstanding. She clearly understands customer service and provides a five stars service to her customers, she is great with kids. The hotel also includes breakfast and during the night they open a good restaurant with good food. I will definitely come back.

We were not sure, if we should go there As anywhere else we found commentaries that were not perfect But booking .com gave them a plus and 4 thumbs up So we decided to make our own idea We were not disappointed Nice place Nice view Nice room Excellent service at the frontdesk byFacundo Very professionnal and helping ,always smiling Excellent breakfast serve by Felicidad A devoted lady and so charming So it worth sometime to avoid beliving peoples and go And see it by ourselves

1. La calefacción de la habitación no andaba bien. Hacía muchísimo frío. Nos quejamos varias veces y nos dieron un caloventor qué no soluciono el problema. Luego una colcha más y después otro caloventor. A pesar de eso estaba helada la habitación. Encima le ponen nombre de suite con jacuzzi ( qué tenia pelos cuando llegue ). Si van a la habitación de nombre frías pidan el cambio. Van a pagar por algo que no lo vale. Es una estafa.

Un Hotel situado lejos de calafate. Para llegar al pueblo hay que moverse en coche. El vestíbulo precioso. Sin embargo las habitaciones aunque amplias tenian una decoración un poco cursi y pasada de moda. El desayuno correcto aunque te tardaba mucho en servir. La cena hay que reservar y no te lo dicen. El restaurante es pequeño y no da abasto para los huéspedes

Hotel muito confortável e acolhedor, com excelente aquecimento nos quartos ( item importante na patagônia) Superou nossas expectativas pela linda vista e excelente atendimento, em especial a Edith do restaurante. Por sinal o restaurante tem uma ótima culinária com preços parecidos do centro, o que nos ajudou no jantar. Para quem procura sossego, este é o lugar. Rua de terra, como muitas outras em El Calafate e com uma pequena subida, se voltar a pé do centro. Táxi até o centro na faixa de 1200 pesos em novembro de 23
