Hotel berhampiran El Nido Municipal Hall, El Nido

An excellent hotel in the heart of El Nido town proper. It is in a chaotic area but the hotel itself is well managed and calm once you get off the street! On reflection I probably would have stayed further out of the town but that's not a comment on the hotel itself. The hotel breakfast is great, even if you're not vegetarian or vegan which I'm not. The rooms are a good size, not to small and had balconies which is good for drying clothes. Reception and all the staff are lovely but I'm marking down the hotel slightly due to communication. When we got to the hotel by public tricycle they seemed surprised I hadn't gone with their free hotel transfer yet I couldn't see this option anywhere on trip when booking and they hadn't attempted to contact me. Perhaps that could be improved. On the communication front it seems they have some perks which they don't advertise at all. I discovered when visiting the Heiroglyph gym by vanilla beach that access is free if you're staying at H Hotel which is a superb perk but they don't advertise it at all! Apparently they also have a sister hotel near nacpan Beach where you can use the pool. Overall it's a very good hotel. I think it's a bit expensive but then again hotels in Philippines are generally overpriced so in that sense the price is fine.

S Resort El Nido is placed right at the center of the town proper. It is next to a coffee shop which I super loved, and outside there are many street food stalls. The service staff were all friendly, the guard was exceptional, always ready to help us. He was very genuine. They offered us coffee vouchers upon arrival too! The only problem was the water supply, it runs out in the middle of the day and comes back in the afternoon which was a bit of a problem for me bec I need my bath always since its summer. The water problem is on going in the whole town and I hope they resolve this soon. Will still consider to come back tho!

Отличное место , до порта и ресторанов 3-5 минут. Территория дома расположена так что очень тихо. Нет шума с дороги. Только птички. Номер просторный . На кухне есть чай, кофе, холодильник . Хозяйка заботливая , приятная, делает недорогие завтраки . За такие деньги в Порту Эльнидо трудно найти в основном каморки маленькие. Тут номер квадратов 25 точно , есть барная стойка в номере, нет насекомых. На двери и на окнах москитный сетки. Из минусов слабый напор воды иногда отключают. Но быстро дают .я думаю так почти везде

Единственный плюс это месторасположение. Завтрак с 6-7 утра , но в последний день мы пришли в 6.30 потому что у нас был автобус, а она только пришла минут через 10 и начала его готовить. В номере работала одна розетка только, чтоб посушить голову надо было держать шнур рукой . Слышимость в отеле оставляет желать лучшего, кричащие дети напротив живут , лай собак и петухов . Так же дважды на крыше надирали воду и забывали ее выключить она переливалась и стекала очень громко и долго будто дождь .

Highly recommended for your stay in El Nido especially if you come for the tours, the highlight in El Nido. The place is close to almost everything fun in El Nido. The hotel can also arrange for a very relaxing massage service just request for Mam Love2x and her partner, they are superb! 👍👍👍

This place went above and beyond for my family when we stayed at El Nido - The Funny Lion (June 26 - July 3). The staff are very friendly and professional. Their Customer service is 10/10. When you ask for something, they give it right away. The Manager was really kind and helpful especially to my 2 yr old daughter, Valerie. I am thankful and grateful for the team at El Nido - The Funny Lion. There are a few suggestions for improvements I would like to add: Better drainage system for shower. It always seems like the water would go out of the shower especially when it’s raining outside. Also, an elevator would be great for the guest and especially for the staff when carrying heavy luggages. The wifi spotty and could also be improved especially inside the breakfast area. A better mosquito control on the outside near the pool/restaurant area would be nice too. The people on the backyard would burn their trashes and the smoke would fill the whole air of the hotel area and would not be healthy to breathe in (I wish they wouldn’t burn right next to the hotel). This is probably nitpicking but sometimes the music that plays at the bar/restaurant area is not family friendly and uses profanity. The rooms could use a bit of feng shui or something to make it feel more spacious. The room lighting could also be improved (it always seems a little dark even with all the lights turned on).

My two nights stay at El Nido. I took a single room in this hostel. Room: Very clean. Bed was comfy. AC performance was Ok. Bathroom was clean and had hot water running, had bath gel and shampoo. Wifi worked super. Service: Staffs are very helpful. I must mention about Kaye who helped me to choose tour operators, food places and things to do in El Nido. Breakfast was fine- american brekafast, some local item and fruits+tea/coffee. Every monday they do a movie night from 7pm at their dining area. Boarders can use manual washing machine for free. Location: Superb. Only 8/10 mins walk to the happening area of El Nido beach. Las cabanas beach is only 8/10 minutes by tricycle. Airport is around 15/20 mins away.

We had a nice stay here, spacious rooms with good air con and showers. Could've done with a mattress topper or larger bedsheet as it kept popping off. Great facilities and staff otherwise and perfect for a short stay.

We had such an amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect and we will definitely be staying there again. Would recommend to family and friends. The staff were very accommodating and so knowledgeable. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The housekeeping staff do a great job everyday and the restaurant has lots to choose from. The pool is so tranquil and the views are outstanding. Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.

Good location, walking distance to El Nido town area. Staffs are accommodating. Nice place to stay, comfy beds and cozy ambiance though small room but enough for backpackers. 💲Extra pillow HAS CHARGE for twin room. ❌ has NO hotel cafe/restaurant (though they have Samgyupsalamat - when we visited most of the meat and side dishes were NOT AVAILABLE) 🍴with “buffet” breakfast but VERY limited food choices
