Hotel berhampiran Entalula Island, El Nido

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

一人旅には勿体無いです。 最初にデポジットを支払いその中から必要経費が支払われるので、滞在中支払いはなく、また、大体ホテルのプランに含まれるアクティビティでほぼ満足できるので、予約の手間もありません。本当に世俗を忘れることができます。 送迎は三日前まで、アクティビティは、前日までの予約になりますから注意。 ホテル前のビーチの海洋植物、動物を大事に保護、育てているらしく、再生の兆しがみえるし、現在でも、あの狭い入江に、様々な動植物がいて桟橋からも見えるし、シュノーケルでも、ダイビングでもとても楽しいです。 空調は、フィリピンにいることを忘れそうなくらい、気持ちいいです。バスルームお湯もでます。 なにより、スタッフがとても一生懸命で、どんな社員教育してるのか聞いてみたいです。 アクティビティもとても面白いです。 食事は毎日変わります。フィリピンにしては、美味しいのだと思います。(全般において、食事はタイベトナムなどの方がよい。素材はあるのにどうして?)オムレツなんかは、フライパン取り返して自分で作りたかった。デザートもレシピあげたら作ってくれるかしら？)g 一つだけ、排水システムが甘いのかシャワー室にアンモニア臭上がってきます。これは、フィリピン全体的によくあることで、配管システムとか建築時技術とかの根本的問題でしょう。

The resort is in a great location with a small but quiet beach and a nice house reef outside. Beware that some units require walking up a lot of steps and the ones set away from the beach have a lot of mosquitoes around. The staff are super friendly and nice although the service of the hotel could be more attentive i.e when lying on the beach you don’t get asked if you want drinks. Room cleaning was only done once in our 7 day stay and only because we asked for it. Towels are not automatically offered to beach goers all the time. The restaurant is pretty slow with almost an hour for food to arrive sometimes. The food itself can be nice depending on what you order. Some is pretty good actually…others a bit average. Pricewise, this isn’t a cheap hotel and I feel that if you compare the price to resorts in other tropical beach locations around the world, you get much better service in other places like Sheratons, Marriotts and Hiltons etc. that said, overall I would still recommend Matinloc for the great beach and reef.

Everything was really nice in this hotel. I love it. The hotel is on the beach and it has really great view. The stuff is really friendly and kind. All the people here are totally polite. The supervisor of this hotel is Gorgeous woman she helped us several times and you can see that she’s almost involved in the everyday life of the guests. Well, we have the problem with the Wi-Fi, she didn’t just said they cannot do anything. She gave us another room with a good Wi-Fi that was more expensive, but they didn’t take any money from us. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who wanna live in the heaven with a great facilities.

Отель с шикарным видом на море и горы .с очень замечательным дружелюбным весёлым и отзывчивым персоналом .весь штат сотрудников просто супер ,улыбчивые ,всегда готовы придти на помощь ,решить любую проблему .в отеле бесплатно транспорт возит на пляж и с пляжа гостей ,водители ну просто профессионалы,поднимаются очень крутой дороге .,всегда улыбаются ,.в отеле удобные кровати и вкусный завтрак.спасибо всем сотрудникам за отдых ,за ваш труд и отзывчивость ❤️❤️

The hotel location is OK, 10 minutes tricycle drive from El Nido, but right on the sea. Rooms are clean and very basic, feels a bit old. Pool is great. Housekeeping kept forgetting to replace our towels, and when we asked for new ones in the evening, we’ve been told that there’s only one available now and all others are being currently washed (what?). It’s a nice and basic hotel but definitely doesn’t worth the price.

A bit far from the town but the place is very quiet. Near when you want t go mac Donald or vanilla beach. The food options are not bad. The room is ok. Internet connection is bad I wish they could fix it. Ac is great and bed is comfy. Pool is nice and parking is great! Budget friendly hotel. I will stay here again

Отель стоит прямо на пляже буквой П, перекладина вдоль шоссе, оно же центральная дорога города. По бокам - номера, в торце ”ножек” номера с выходом и видами на море, нас посетили в один из таких номеров (№10). Тут же при заселении увидели табличку с вариантами туров, в городе их предлагают четырех типов, выбрали себе туры А и Б из отеля же можно добраться в Пуэрто Принсеса (700 песо с человека). Воды в номере нет, но в ресторане стоит кулер, куда все бегают набирать бутылки, на ресепшен продают воду за 100 песо за 1,5 л, возле рынка вода продается за 70 за 2 л (в 7-11 в Маниле такой же объем стоит 46 песо). В номере есть мыло, шампунь в пакетиках, зубные щетки, паста, кладут один раз при заезде, но на три дня хватит, а шампунь и кондиционер я и так вожу свой. Сантехника старовата, раковина в одном месте была разбита, но в целом нам это не мешало. Вместо одеяла простыня, и ночью я подзамерла, потом стала спать в футболке. Должна отметить, что в последний день обнаружила на себе укусы - так до сих пор и не знаю, то ли были клопы в подушке (но тогда я бы все три дня была искусанной), то ли меня покусал планктон на мелководье, где я сидела в воде до ночи. Завтрак с 7 до 10, рис, яичница, помидоры, два вида мяса, огуречная вода, блины, бананы, кофе, чай. Не очень разнообразно, но горячее каждый день было разное, мы наедались, все сытное. В первое утро вышли вовремя и вся еда уже стояла, во второй раз опять вышли вовремя, но ещё минут 15 ждали еду, персонал в это время хихикал в основном здании. Пляж мелкий, 4 лежака и два гамака. Публика на пляже есть или с утра, или ближе к вечеру, ажиотажа нет. Вода мелкая, доплыла до буйков и до колена. Ночью отлив и если выглянуть из номера, а мы окнами на воду в пяти метрах, то воды нет. Отель в целом понравился, с удовольствием приедем снова. Справа и слева стоят отели стоимостью по 20 тыс. за ночь и не уловила, за что там столько переплачивать.

I asked for a room on the lower floor because the hostel has 4 floors without an elevator! The rooms on the floor were horrible with a strong smell of sewage and urine. They moved me to a room where a water pipe burst two days later and the whole shower was water so they moved me to another room which was fine. On the day of check-out I asked to stay in the room because I had a long flight ahead of me and was told that it was impossible to have guests and then suddenly they asked for money and then I could stay for an hour. The attitude was very bad with receptionists laughing at me to my face
