I will never use Trip.com again. I called and asked to move my stay to one day later because I was exposed to covid and the refused, but blamed on the hotel. The hotel stated that trip.com must make the change not them. I rebooked with the hotel who provided a discount because of my situation. I will ensure that my colleagues know about my experience. So very disappointed and will be notifying my credit card company about this company.
