Hotel Ella dengan Bar

EKHO Ella is a small luxury hotel in Ella. It has parking for personal cars and vans within the premises. However, if you are arriving in a coach or bus, you must find somewhere else to park and walk there, as their car park is too small. Unfortunately, I do not think the hotel is wheelchair accessible, as I do not recall seeing any ramps, especially at the main entrance. Due to the price range required to stay here, the ambiance is rather formal and quiet. When we visited, there was not much of a crowd, other than a few other tourists who were staying the night at the hotel. The premises and cutlery were all clean, with the overall hygiene being outstanding. Since we were only there for a short amount of time, we did not have much time with the staff, but the few we saw had nothing negative about them to note. However, the service was a bit slow, as we had to wait a bit of time due to there not being enough tea for a crowd that had already been informed to them. The tea and chocolate cake they served was great and I wish I got to have some more :) . They take both cash and card as well if I recall.

I was staying at the hotel one night, the way to the hotel is a hard and a lot of stairs. Reception looks 200 years old and furniture are teared. The room was full of mosquitoes. I woke up to a bad breakfast which contained old bread . Then went out travel when I came back to hotel at 1700, my girlfriend went to the toilet, when flashed the toilet dozens of bugs came out of it, in addition we had no hot water and even after complain wasn’t fix, and had lizards in the room. Therefore I asked to leave the hotel to a proper one. The owner didn’t agree to hear and after a long fight (more than a hour) and because of help from my local tour guide gave me back 70% of the second night which I didn’t stay, as he said due to check out time is 1200… He was super rude and have no respect to his clients. The manager tried to help but knows bad English and have to listen to his rude owner. In conclusion- worst hotel I’ve ever stay in.

Tetamu boleh menggunakan pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang dengan membayar surcaj manakala tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 8 bilik tamu. Bilik mempunyai balkoni persendirian. Program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan pancuran mandi dan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma.

This hotel trades off the views which are undoubtedly quite lovely. My room was clean, and bed very comfortable. Overall, this is all very acceptable and the staff are excessively helpful and attentive which can't be faulted. The location is very good albeit up a steep hill from the main street thronging with restaurants. There are some challenges that would, otherwise, make this a luxury experience... selecting TV channels on the two remotes is clunky; there is no chair in the room other than a beanbag, so lounging on the bed is the only option; there's no luggage stand, so leaving open luggage on the floor is not ideal with occasional creepy crawlies around; the light switch is not within reach of the bed; the hot water for the shower never gets beyond tepid which is ok given the hot weather; shower gel and soap is limited to one small plastic bottle and a tiny hand soap which doesn't compare to modern luxury hotels offering refillable shower and hand gel; drinking water is limited to two small bottles during your stay unless you ask for more (they are very accommodating). So, while this independent hotel is lovely and welcoming, and a cut above most local options in Ella, it's not quite a polished luxury experience if that's what you're expecting. Overall I'd recommend Hotel Onrock as a great Ella option though.

Beautiful hotel, great service, wonderful rooms, showers, bath, lounge areas. The desk area wasn't very private and we were right next door to the only other people there, so would have liked to know that it's open concept decks! Also, it's a long way away from the downtown of Ella if you would want to walk in, so something to be aware of when booking. However we stayed during a rainy time and loved our stay at this boutique hotel.

Sadly the hotel was fully booked. But they gave me very professional a private room next door which one was also from high quality.

Мне очень понравилось место расположения. Если ехать туда на автомобиле то нужно иметь навыки профессионального водителя. Вид из верхних номеров очень прекрасно. На данный момент до 30 ноября идёт ремонт бассейна который расположен в отеле. но всех жителей отеля сопровождают бассейн расположенные ниже и там прекрасный вид на горы. Очень хорошие фотки лаунж бассейна очень рекомендую. По цене скорее всего средний из всех представленных данной области по качеству очень спокойный отель не вдалеке ближайшие улица мы спускались до кафе минут 6 7 это надо учитывать если вы не спортивный человек. То вам Будет сложно. Завтра к средней европейские американские яичница сардельки салат. Ничего лишнего. Если хотите прекрасный вид просыпаюсь утром заселяйтесь в номера выше первого этажа.
