Spacious room, some stains left on the floor and other furniture, this is normal to an aged hotel. Breakfast is nice, rated 7-8 of 10. Surrounding streets there are tons of local restaurant from beer to a heavy dinner, but not really foreigner-friendly. The best is to move around with your local partner/colleagues or friends.

Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable.

Front desk is very nice, service staff is excellent too, Kai is a nice gentleman who help me getting the extend stay; Nhung is a very nice lady who help me fix the taxi issue. You can always to approach them for any help when you need it. Breakfast is rich and good quality, they also have swimming pool and spa on site. will back next time

During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. The staff seemed unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were slow to respond to simple requests and appeared uninterested in addressing concerns. This really affected the overall experience, making it far less enjoyable than expected.

I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

Every employees were so nice and kind. They can speak korean fluently. but condition of the room was awful. pillows and bed smells terrible. If you expect the same condition with Ha Noi's airbnbs (with the same price), it never be the same.

住了兩三天，酒店開始在做聖誕佈置了，挺早的。有個喝茶的地方，酒店説是公共部分，可以去泡茶談事，前台的中文不錯，再也不用翻譯軟件了，房間挺乾淨的，沒有異味，1號6號房強烈推薦，安靜，大。
