The moment I walked in, I saw a familiar face. I remembered that face from the last time I was here, in Enid. It was Chuck. I assume he is the manager. If he isn't, he should be. Chuck has a way of treating you as if you were in a 5 star hotel on 5th avenue in NYC. I am sure he didn't remember me, but as I stayed there for 3 nights, he was always there. He asked me about my day and made me feel like I was a valued guest. Thank you, Chuck! If you ever want to move to Denver and work with us at Styria Bakery, I would hire you in a minute! I travel for business quite a bit. I am not always easy to please (according to my family). I was more than pleased here. I will be back!

Excellent customer service. Clean room. We stayed here for work. We enjoyed the newly renovated hotel. New restaurant. Will definitely come back and stay here again. Accessible location near restaurants and shopping area.

Dogs only are welcome at this lodging which offers complimentary wireless Internet and complimentary breakfast as well as indoor pool and fitness center. Rooms feature refrigerator and microwave ideal for longer stays and select rooms are available with jetted tub. Bring the whole family as there is no charge for kids 17 and under when accompanied by adults.

We had a mobility room as my mother uses a walker and transport chair. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the roll in shower for her (she is 91!). Breakfast offered many selections and we were very satisfied. When our trip was unexpectedly cut short by one day, the staff was able to refund the lost night and were very accommodating. I appreciated that so very much. I do want to stress how kind and helpful the staff was- they were awesome.

Hotel is new and very clean. Room is spacious. Great service plus free breakfast and even an electric car charger.
