Even if the room had been half of the prize, I would have found it overprized for what you get. The only reason to stay here would be it being near the arena. The bed cover had white dried stains on it 😩 and there were hairs and dust by the end of the bed against the wall. Also two of the pillowcases were inside out and the pillow dented which made me suspicious. The carpet did not feel very clean. The staff is very friendly and someone swapped out the blanket directly so I don’t think the problem is with staff, but planning of resources. Also the kettle did not work and the room was cold even on max temp. I am sorry to say I cannot believe I paid 6400kr for two nights with this standard. The sole reason to stay here is location which was great for a concert.

Good hotel in Stockholm

Customer service was excellent. Location was perfect for the Tele2 Arena! Shopping centre and train station nearby. Highly recommend.

Just checked out of the Quality Hotel Globe in Stockholm and it was nice ✨ Convenient location, spacious rooms, and a delicious breakfast spread. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Very poor that check in is at 4, stayed in hotels all over the world and this is very restrictive. Having to pay an extra charge even when the room is ready. I can understand possibly if an event has been on, but not when we stayed the hotel half empty. The main door upstairs from the mall is constantly locked, even pressing the intercom they won’t unlock the door meaning a long walk down steep stairs or using a dirty lift. Rooms basic, no amenities, fridges removed from room. No cleaning without having to ask, no clean towels etc. Breakfast service chaotic - not enough tables for the amount of guests and tables not cleared quickly. All this hotel seems to be bothered about is style over substance and taking your money.

The hotel itself is nothing special but if you’re attending a concert at one of the nearby arenas, you can’t beat this location. Breakfast is very mediocre. I’d also expect a better soundproofing from a hotel that’s just a stone’s throw from a stadium (I was awoken in the morning by a car honking).

Infrastructures and services are quite good. Lovely breakfast. Perfect location just next to the skyview.

Just a Wonderful allround experience

Booked room with queen bed but got a handicap double bed room. The Hotel told me that trip.com had send them wrong information about my booking, The hotel was fullbooked so couldnt change room.

Tiffany, the front line staff was friendly and super helpful. I was so amazed by her excellent service. 2 thumbs up! She was not only solve my luggage issue before the room check-in, but also took the initiative to find out the detail info about the local theatre and guided me how to get there. Really thankful to Tiffany. 😄

The hotel is nice as such, but the breakfast is very average, the worst we had in Sweden, they advertise as having parking, but they only have around 15 outdoor parking places for the whole hotel, so unless you're lucky enough to manage to book a place, be prepared to pay almost 400 kr a day in the arena parking. The cleaning of the room is only done on request, the qr code they provide in the room to request it doesn't work. We requested it at the reception and still the room wasn't cleaned. The reception is understaffed, they never answer the phone for the same reason. We wouldn't go back to this hotel had a much better experience at the Scandic .
