We had a great stay at K Hotels. Our family was here to attend a work conference. The overall hotel was very comfortable, very clean, and all staff personnel that I encountered were very friendly. I thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well every night. The shower was also excellent with great water pressure. The conference rooms were very nice and did a great job meeting our needs. Our group loved having our dinners at the rooftop bar every evening. I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that guests were comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge gave great recommendations for local attractions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the plush pillows and high-quality linens. The room also had a beautiful view of the city skyline, which was a pleasant surprise. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important for me since I had to work during part of my stay. One of the highlights of the hotel was its dining options. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes. The coffee was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The on-site restaurant also served a delicious dinner, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and creative presentations. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, and the concierge was more than happy to assist with recommendations and bookings for tours and activities. Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

Avoid!!! This hotel had several different rooms available for reservation, and on the same day as I booked and paid, they wrote that they are overbooked and I need to cancel. As I had a non-refundable booking, I had to make several calls to the hotel site. Askay's staff didn't bother to do any of it at all, or to answer my emails. Absolutel unprofessional.

It is literally 5 mins from the airport so it makes it very easy to land and get to your hotel as well as be able to leave and get to the airport on time. Beautiful view of the lake but you cannot have direct access to the water as their is wall. You can however access it through a gate to the next property. The rooms are spacious but a little dated. The bathroom doesn't have counter top either around the sink or next to the mirror for your personal grooming stuff that you may have carried.

The location is good, near to the Botanical Garden, the Covid test centre and about 10 mins drive from the airport. The room was large and clean but the customer service was very poor. Staff were polite but offhand. Although we had a double room there was only one cup on the tea tray and there was no milk. When I asked at the desk for these items, I was told that 'housekeeping had closed. This was 7pm. My suggestion that someone get us milk from the kitchen was ignored. We had a meal in the restaurant one evening and room service the next. On both occasions we had to wait an hour for service. My wife had asked for tea with milk. What arrived was a small teapot full of hot milk and no tea bag. I had negotiated an airport shuttle of $15 for the two of us, instead of the $15 each advertised. On checkout there was a different member of staff who tried to insist on charging the full $30. Apart from the fact that most hotels in Entebbe offer a free shuttle, the episode left a nasty taste. Lastly, the receptionist first showed me the amount payable as a calculator total and was reluctant to give me an official bill. When he finally gave it to me, the official bill was $30 less than he had tried to charge me! I won't be staying there again.
