We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

超級滿意的一次住宿體驗!她家是我住過的第二家讓我覺很乾凈很乾凈很乾凈的酒店。應該算是當地的老牌酒店,但是酒店【設施維護的很好】!一點都舊不破! 【位置】:【住宿安靜】【交通便利】,離山海關很近,離老龍頭十多分鐘的車程。附近【吃飯也很方便】,她家【福臨門酒店】的飯也好吃,可以送到房間。我們衹挖沙子趕海,老龍頭的免費沙灘浴場有小魚小螃蟹,連着去了兩天。 【價格】:【同樣品質】的酒店她家很便宜!!! 【衞生】:【超級棒!!!】 從大門口——辦理入住大廳——客房,都很整潔,很乾凈。保潔阿姨一直在擦擦擦👏 看酒店衞生,最先看的就是衞生間。她家衞生間乾淨沒有異味兒,也很乾爽。一個酒店的衞生間都很用心的去打掃,其他就不用太擔心了。洗澡是大噴頭。 房間也是超級乾淨!沒有異味!就是很棒! 【早餐】:好吃呀~品類不多,但都很好吃,食材新鮮,隨時補少了的餐食。牛奶咖啡粥,主食,涼菜炒菜,水果,小點心。 【服務】: 保安大哥可負責了,每次停車都會在車位幫忙看着。 酒店客房部服務員小姐姐們服務超級貼心,合理的要求全都很盡心的去服務。看我們帶着倆寶寶還給我們升級了房間。特別感謝👍 房間很多,如果想入住,可以提前撥打酒店電話問有沒有空房。 下次來山海關還要住【福臨門酒店】!

This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

The location is good on the first line from the sea. The whole resort is divided into several hotels, and it was a surprise for us. This hotel building is right side if you facing the sea. We booked a room with a sea view, but its main part was a pool roof. The pool, which you can visit for free while staying in this hotel, is too small, shallow, and overcrowded by kids from the city. The room is small. The bedding was clean, and all amenities were OK. Breakfast in the other building is not too bad, but it is necessary to come early because dishes are not addressed. The price of the proposed room and service is too high.
Sheraton Langfang Chaobai River Hotel

感覺一定要評論點啥,這是五星級的喜來登嗎?但是我真的很無語: 首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位,數量也還可以,我們晚上五點多到的,不算晚,但是沒有地方停車了,保安讓我們繞到酒店後面,我們也不知道情況,繞了一圈也沒有,又回到酒店樓前,保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來,大冷天,黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少,不讓停,説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢!氣死!這要是王府井我也就不説啥了,您這裏這麼大地方,沒法停車?不規劃停車,讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極! 然後入住,酒店沒有小童圍欄,這個都好説,但是這個洗澡的也是絕了,頂噴一打開,水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的,感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了,花灑也是一打開水挺大的,然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高,睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子,八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了! 酒店的工作人員態度都很好,就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起… 總而言之,我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店!真是開了眼了,喜來登的水平震驚我了!不會再住,也不會推薦!

Absolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round! Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing. They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice. One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so! Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us. Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes). All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon! 特别喜欢这里的服务,在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人,令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了!好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭,如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

Great for a family or group trip - spacious suites with room to gather. Prompt service. The kitchen is empty, no plates, knives, pots/pans. Breakfast is okay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the high speed rail (Taizicheng) and walking distance to restaurants and the equipment rental hall. Access to the hot springs is included.

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.
