A very comfortable hotel to stay in! Whether it is the beauties in the front hall or the handsome guys at the gate, the service is very warm, thoughtful and considerate~ I live in 216. There is a threshold at the door, and the robot can't get up. It was the handsome guy in the front hall who ran up to send me~ When checking out, Ms. Wang in the front hall was patient and considerate~ The room was clean and hygienic, of moderate size, and I was given an upgrade. The mattress was a mousse one~ (professional habit... I even looked through other people's mattresses...), the breakfast was rich, with everything you need, but I went a little late... some dishes were out 😂 Because I have been working in the hotel industry and I travel frequently on business, I am quite picky about hotels within the reimbursement range. This is one of the hotels I particularly liked that I stayed in recently. The only thing is that it is a little far from the city center, but it is only 1 km away from Zhangjiakou Station... Anyway, I will definitely stay here again next time I come!

一次無可挑剔的治癒之旅，這家酒店值得無限回購！ 這次出行特意挑選了口碑爆棚的這家酒店，入住體驗直接超出預期，絕對是近期住過最滿意的一家，必須好好分享給大家！ 首先位置太加分了，緊鄰商圈和地鐵站，步行幾分鐘就能抵達熱門景點，不管是逛街購物還是打卡遊玩都超級方便，出行完全不用繞路，省了不少時間和精力。酒店周邊配套齊全，便利店、特色餐廳應有盡有，晚上想吃點夜宵或者買點東西都特別便捷，地理位置真的無可挑剔。 辦理入住時，工作人員的服務熱情又專業，全程笑容滿面，耐心解答我們的各種疑問，還主動幫我們提行李，辦理速度也很快，沒有絲毫拖沓。入住後發現房間比圖片上更驚艷，空間寬敞明亮，佈局合理，完全沒有壓抑感。房間打掃得一塵不染，床單被褥潔白乾凈，沒有任何異味，連角落都收拾得整整齊齊，細節處盡顯用心。 設施方面更是無可挑剔，床品柔軟舒適，床墊彈性適中，躺下就能快速入睡，睡眠質量直接拉滿，旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。房間裏的智能設備操作便捷，空調製熱製冷效果很好，隔音效果也超棒，即使是臨街的房間，晚上也格外安靜，完全不會被外界噪音打擾。衞浴空間乾濕分離，熱水供應充足且水温穩定，洗漱用品品質上乘，使用感很好，連吹風機的風力都很足，細節滿分。 早餐更是一大驚喜，種類豐富多樣，中式、西式、甜點、水果一應俱全，食材新鮮可口，味道絕不輸外面的特色餐廳。工作人員會及時補充食物，保持餐枱整潔，用餐環境也很舒適。此外，酒店的公共區域設計簡約大氣，不管是大堂還是電梯間都很有格調，拍照打卡也很出片。 退房時同樣高效便捷，工作人員還主動詢問我們的入住體驗，態度依舊熱情。整體來説，這家酒店在位置、服務、設施、衞生等各個方面都做到了極致，性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給計劃出行的朋友們，絕對不會讓你失望！

Xiulan Hotel has an elegant environment and an excellent location. The rooms are neat, comfortable and clean. All the waiters I met are very enthusiastic and polite. The laundry room and gym are well-equipped and convenient. The front desk reception is also very warm and professional. It's a great experience. ! Every service staff in the hotel will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The business center also helps guests collect express delivery. Fruit, milk, drinks and bottled water are delivered to the guest rooms every day. Small towels and snacks are also given when you first check in, which makes people feel considerate and warm. , Western restaurants and Chinese restaurants are all available, all kinds of good! Xiulan Hotel serves its guests with heart and soul. It is highly recommended.

The hotel room is quite large, with its own bathtub, quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are also many small restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel and it is not easy to park.

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

Location: Relatively superior. There is a river in front of the hotel, which is said to be the mother river of Chengde. It is very beautiful to take a walk at night and enjoy the night view. It's easy to walk to the summer resort. There is a supermarket next to it and a restaurant in the hotel. I eat three meals a day in the hotel. The dishes are rich and the prices are acceptable. I highly recommend it. Service: The smiling service at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic. The Chengde travel guide was clearly explained. If you don’t know the guide, just ask them directly. I told them the wifi password and phone number, and if I have anything to talk to the front desk. Room: Very clean, the quilt smells like sunshine, the bed is comfortable, I slept until dawn Parking: There is a parking lot and a responsible security guard. Environment: The hall is very elegant, beautiful, quiet and comfortable. It is really good to listen to piano music in the lounge hall. Overall: I am very satisfied with my stay. I will stay here again next time. I recommend it.

Great location! Less than 1km from West Station. Personnel were very profesional. Breakfast great and rooms very big with all the necessary things. Would definitely book again if have to stay at Cangzhou.

The room equipment is indeed too old and has been eliminated by the times. The small bed is surprisingly narrow. It is especially inconvenient to take a shower in the rain. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Half of the outside is glass, which is awkward and dangerous. This must be improved as soon as possible to eliminate hidden dangers. The curtains are the kind that can only be made up in ordinary small hotels. The waiter is very good! Especially the little girl who answers the phone at the front desk switchboard is very cultured. Hearing her gentle voice and polite answers to questions on the other end makes people feel like home. The hardware here is seriously insufficient, and it is indeed compensated by software. Thank you for the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the service staff. Thank you for letting the robot deliver our takeaways as soon as possible without any worries.

We very much enjoyed our stay . Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Very convenient location, a stone throw away from the beach. A mall is about 10 minutes away in a taxi. The only aspect we feel needs to improve is the breakfast. The menu was always the same which made a longer stay experience a bit boring, not always looking forward to dining. Perhaps changing a few items in the menu every morning will make that exceptional experience. Otherwise, an amazing hotel-keep it up!

Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient. There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed. Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold. Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended. I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders.
