Hotel Centrale

I wonder if all the hotels in such areas as Riccione or up around Eraclea try to cheat tourists by giving them a different room than the one they booked. I got bad experience in both places. Here at this hotel, I got a room with a view of nothing, a tin roof maybe 5 square meters big with no view (see the picture) at all although I booked a room with a view of the city as there was no sea nearby. How far to the sea it was to go I don't know as I didn't try it. I went to the reception to appeal so I had to change rooms with view over town. It was one room for a family, 1 double bed and a bunk bed, but not a smaller room for 1-2 people only. The bathroom was OK, but the toilet seat and bidet were too close to each other so you had to squeeze in a bit. If a person was a little thicker, it would be a problem for him. However, the bed was good and comfortable. Wifi, on the other hand, worked very poorly and you only got a connection on your mobile phone, not on the iPad or the computer, completely impossible. The breakfast was only Edam cheese and ham, eggs and yogurt were there but that was all. Apart from loads of cakes etc. I was going to stay there for two nights and decided to leave the hotel the day after because it was not what I thought it would be. In addition, there were not many restaurants, one was around the corner, certainly big, but so many people and others had to stand and wait until it became free, so it was not nice. Opposite there was a smaller restaurant and it was full too. Maybe there were a few more a little further away, but I couldn't bear to go and look for them, so I got take away food and ate it in the room instead. I didn't have a refund room but tried to get a refund for the second night but I didn't get it. I left the hotel anyway and found another hotel instead.

There a two Centrale Hotel in Venice. This one is 2.5 hours away from the City the another is really Central just 0,5 hour. And good lokation. This one is really far. And no good lokation. This Hotel is using the Word Centrale but it is not. I make a mistake and booked this Hotel only because of the Name. So be carefull.

Friendly people. Very basic room, with a nice balcony. Wifi didnt work in room 2 of 3 days. Pool area was nice. Should be cheaper considering the facilities and condition of rooms.

Personale della reception gentile ed educata e così pure della colazione… pulizia stanza scarsa , asciugamani messi a terra per essere Cambiati sono stati raccolti e rimessi sull’ appendono… la colazione buona e abbondante anche se fa uso di molti prodotti confezionati.. non so se tornerei.. prezzo molto vantaggioso ma ora capisco perché

Personale gentile e disponibile, la colazione buona ma troppi prodotti confezionati,la stanza molto piccola e pulizia scadente...il primo giorno hanno dimenticato a pulire la stanza...ho fatto gentilmente reclamo che il giorno dopo mi fossero cambiati gli asciugamani e la reception si è subito interessata di farlo la sera stessa ma non sono stati cambiati....l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di restauro...l'acqua della piscina risultava opaca e al nostro arrivo la stanza non era pronta...la consegna era prevista per le 14 ma hanno consegnata per le 15.00 perché non era stata pulita...non è un 3 stelle...ci torneremo? Credo proprio di no

Hotel in centro a Eraclea mare. Prenotato per 9 giorni una camera singola piccolina ma con tutto il necessario. Letto e cuscino comodo lenzuola pulite come gli asciugamani in bagno. Doccia con soffione e asta da regolare in altezza....piccolo lavandino e wc....assente il bidet...acessori sapone e schampo presenti . Aria condizionata regolabile perfetta e abbastanza silenzioso. Frigorifero presente e funzionale TV 26 pollici. Unica pecca muri sottili e si sentono tutti i rumori adiacenti degli altri ospiti. Colazione dalle 8 alle 10 ricca e ben fornita dal dolce al salato self service. Piscina con lettini molto curata. IN reception sempre molto carini e gentili anche le ragazze delle pulizia camera. Parcheggio non presente ma uno a pagamento a meno di 50 metri costo 8 euro dalle 7 alle 20 di sera al giorno.

Camera molto piccola , dalla doccia usciva tutta l'acqua che bagnava fuori . Blatta in camera , terribile . Condizionatore che non funzionava. Pareti delle camere troppo sottili . Struttura fatiscente. Lo sconsiglio. Porta di accesso oltre le 22 di sera che non si apriva.

Das Hotel ist so heruntergekommen und dringend zu sanieren. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage top, Rest inkl. Frühstück einfach schrecklich, Ausstattung marode, Räume viel zu eng, Blick aus dem Balkon wie Geto in Brasilien, kein kostenloser Parkplatz, kann es nicht in Worte fassen, so enttäuscht... Nicht zu empfehlen...
