Pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly. Amazing breakfast. Would definitely book again, and highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our overnight stay at the Niu Cure! Clean, super modern and comfortable! The kind of hotel room we expect whenever we travel. However, the parking fee is exaggerated.

Service is excellent. Rooms are not to big but very clean and have everything you need. Table in the room is too small and not suitable for a laptop.

Wonderful hotel with some minor issues. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is quite decent. It’s a little annoying to decorate a room with a blinding neon sign on the wall and the need to constantly re-login to the Internet several times a day. Some distance from the city center is only a plus - on weekends it is very quiet there. Very close there are grocery stores, DM, Burger King, another burger place and a pizzeria.

I was there for a week for work trip. I realised back home that i forgot my tripod/selfie stick for my work camera worth ca €100. A friend was still in the hotel but staff refused to give it to him so he could bring it back. A couple of weeks later after me emailing intensively the staff admitted they have my tripod but refuses to send it to me in London, claiming I should go get it myself. (I have no more business in Germany so I can't go myself). End of story, 5 months have passed, they now ignore my calls and my emails and I never got my work equipment back. Worst customer service and simply filthy morals.

Stayed at this hotel for business travel. The hotel itself is modern and compact. May consider looking elsewhere next time if needing to visit this town to see what else is available. The breakfast was suitable, but quite traditional.

Tricky and rude. We booked 12 rooms through *********** 1 year ago. We checked and have been in contact with the hotel many times to cancel / add rooms and verify the booking, everything was fine and confirmed. At the arrival we have been informed that the reservation was cancel with the excuse that the credit card used for the booking was expired. They kept the rooms though and offered them at more than 50% higher price. We were in desperate need for the rooms so we had to accept. We tried to find an agreement with no success, the receptionist (Mr. Johnny Lobitz) has been very rude for all the period and blocked us the rooms till the full payment for all period was not received ... Never again!!!

This is a modern, well located hotel where we stayed for 4 days. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and clean, with a pleasing aesthetic design. This could so easily be a hotel with a top rating, but there were a number of aspects that let it down. 1. Breakfast; the tables were never cleaned between occupants, so it was quite dirty. There were often items that ran out and not replaced. The fruit salad was frozen solid. One coffee machine stopped working and wasn’t fixed. 2. Room cleaning; although this was very good, the cleaners started knocking on doors quite early. They only left one hand towel on the third day. 3. Check in mistakes; we had paid for a larger room (a studio) but got put in a standard room. When we pointed out the mistake, we accepted compensation in terms of breakfast and 4 tokens for “any free drink”. Except these weren’t really any free drink, as we were later told quite brusquely and rudely. I felt as if I were asking for something to which I had no right. 4. Staff were generally professional and efficient, but (mostly) not particularly friendly, but somewhat brusque. This is in stark contrast to our experience in other hotels. Apart from that, we were comfortable and slept well. I hope when we return, these aspects will have improved.

The following van be improved: - The aiconditioning does not cool down the room - The water reserving shower head does supply little water. -Rest of the stay was very good. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

Wir waren 3 Nächte zur Bergkirchweih im niu. Check-in war schnell und freundlich obwohl viel Andrang. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und funktionell. Zimmer zur Straße sind bei offenem Fenster laut. Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und immer nachgefüllt, variable Tischgrössen sind gut für Gruppen oder Familien. Parken in den Nebenstrassen an den Wochenenden leicht möglich. Gute Anbindung mit Bussen und S-Bahn. Mehrere Restaurants im SIEMENS Campus gegenüber von Pizza, Burger bis schickem Japaner. Gerne wieder hier.
