This is a budget friendly hotel located near to Cochin airport. They have a very good restaurant. Food were delicious . Linens were clean. Toilets were neat and clean. Toiletries were excellent. Staff were super friendly and supportive. Shall return

Excellent location for shopping and visiting our dentist. Housekeeper (Maya/Prince) did a great job keeping our room clean & tidy (loved the towel pig with my sunglasses on). Hotel has a roof top pool, with food & drinks in the evening. Bar on first floor had delicious food (starters), which was our dinner on one night. Front of house reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Excellent service from the staff, attention to customers needs and requirements. The front office ***ager Mr. Nithin is most supportive, humble and excellent in customer service.. everything was good.

The room is so clean and the food was good. Overall it was a good experience.The room service was good as well. The pool was of great standard and the gym was good as well. There was a slight issue with noise from next door but when we called the reception they dealt with it expertly. Thanks Ginger for the amazing experience

No compromise with comfort. Radisson Blu is one of the most visited hotel in india. In kochi also i felt same experience. Staff are very proactive and helpful especially Habib. They always keep a smile on their faces 😊 We really liked the buffet breakfast which is served in keshia restaurant.

Lovely stay in Vivanta Ernakulam. The location is awesome, overlooking the Marine drive and the water. Very generous of the staff to upgrade us to a sea view room, which was the highlight as we watched the sunset from our room itself. Overall Christmas festivities were great - staff dressing up as Santa thrilled my daughter, the room was spacious and comfortable, the buffet spread was amazing too.

We stayed at this hotel for three days. The decisive factor for our choice was that only this hotel offers sufficient entertainment options for children, including a playground, a games room and a large pool area. We were also motivated to book this hotel by the extremely high ratings it received on tripadvisor. Our expectations were correspondingly high. Our summary: We were not disappointed. The service was extremely courteous. Hotels in the western world can take a leaf out of their book here. Our special thanks go to the chefs: Chef Ginesh and Chef Selva (I hope I have spelled their names correctly) who fulfilled all our food requests. After four weeks of Indian food, I no longer had much of an appetite for Indian food, so I was able to choose also Western dishes. These were also partially available in the buffet. Continental food was always available a la carte. Our Food & Beverage Manager Sandeep was also always present and helpful. Many thanks also to Stedlin and Aadil who always helped us with the buffet, as we were also traveling with our three year old daughter who always needed our attention. Thanks also to the house keeping manager Mr. Nana who always looked after our well-being in our room. Our room requests were also implemented. The rooms were clean, spacious, modern and contemporary. We lacked nothing. We would stay again if the service remained the same. Small minus point: Some of the service staff need to work on their attentiveness when it comes to customer requests. A few times something was forgotten or not implemented as requested. The check-in was also a bit bumpy as they forgot to mention a detail from our package. We had to point out that this was also part of our package. However, this is only a slight downside to the whole stay. Overall, this was a very satisfactory stay. We hope that the hotel does not lose its charm over the years, as this is often the case with many hotels.
