Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, unique, well-managed hotel with a complete set of amenities including delicious breakfast, scenic pool, and comfortable spa. There is a golf cart shuttle that brings you around the resort, and we were picked up always within 2-3 minutes of calling the front desk - even at 3:30am for our hot air balloon ride. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CONTACTING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR HOT AIR BALLOON RIDES AS THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE HOTEL OWNS ROYAL BALLOONS, which is the premier balloon company. I really wanted to book with Royal but they were booked out online for several weeks. When I arrived to the hotel, they had spaces available for their guests.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper .

真正的洞穴酒店，也是五星級酒店的配備，備品和設施都是高規格的。早餐也非常棒，可以吃到11點。入住贈送巧克力和果盤，退房時還有伴手禮，非常有心思。不過第一次住洞穴可能不太習慣，有點悶不透氣，而且還有小螞蟻🐜

很好很仙氣的一家酒店，有聯合國文化遺產標識，房間很棒，酒店環境更是一流。這是真正的山洞酒店，所以洞裏沒有信號，WiFi也並不穩定，牆上還可能掉小顆粒。但是無論服務還是房間都沒的説，真正體驗當地特色當地風情，跟那種打扮成山洞的完全不一樣！

조식이 맛있고 리조트 온 것같이 큽니다 산책하기도 좋고 조용합니다 다만 위치가 시내랑 멀어서 택시비가 편도 360리라 나오고 벌룬이 보이진않아요 화장실서 개미무리를 몇번 봤습니다

這個酒店的真名的kayakapi，是一個比較安靜舒適的度假酒店。冬天去基礎房每晚大概八百左右。 酒店坐落在一個叫于爾根普的小鎮，衹提供送下山的服務。 是真實的山洞裏，隔音好網絡慢 缺點是格雷梅小鎮的服務都離這裏很遠，很多旅行社不接送 可以找酒店約，但價格偏貴

我相信這是卡帕多奇亞最好的酒店，非常推薦大家來試一下。距離格雷梅小鎮衹有十來分鐘的車程，酒店停車方便。整個酒店是在原有的洞穴基礎上改造的，各處都透露着小細節的考量，酒店的免費早餐非常不錯，酒店還有免費的土耳其浴。這次訂的是套房，因為是2大2小出行，很適合一家人。酒店的餐廳非常好吃，關鍵價格合理。房間沒有擔心的潮濕陰暗感覺，床品也舒適，房間還自帶土耳其浴室，可以來一次真正的土耳其洗浴，房間還送了免費的水果禮籃，看的出來是非常用心了。酒店夜景超級美，關鍵還安靜。非常推薦！

機場過來1個小時，打車大概2800里拉，前台説還有一個機場距離40分鐘，更近可以考慮。 酒店前台辦理完帶去房間，在山上，真的原來是山洞改建和重新裝修，房間很homey，有地暖，也有很大的衞生間，乾濕分離，還有汗蒸房haman。 前台介紹的非常用心，房屋裡也有歡迎信和歷史介紹。提供多種活動和private tour的選擇，還有傳統土耳其ottoman spa。早餐非常豐盛，在cheeseboard 麪包框和燻肉的基礎上還可以進行單點。（由於淡季原因變成單點，旺季貌似是自助的形式）。退房後還提出可以幫忙送我們到另一個酒店，還贈送了帶有房間號的紀念杯墊，非常用心。 這次來不及體驗酒窖、室外泳池（因為冬天）、還有當地美食8 tasting menu，下次再來。 而且，這家酒店給我們帶來了好運，讓我們乘上了熱氣球，前三天和後一天都因為天氣原因取消。 再次推薦！
