Ulasan Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza-Gochome

Very near to the ginza metro! Room was very nice and spacious for 1 person! Breakfast was good. I would book this hotel again.

Very good price range for such location, room amenities, and a big public bath to wash away a day’s tiredness or begin a new day! Tasteful lobby design and considerate smoking area setting.

Hotel location is great! Walking distance to both Higashi-Ginza metro or Ginza metro station, making it easily accessible to everywhere we want to go in short time. Shopping, food and convenience store just round the corner! Public bath is good experience but the shower area may need some washing as it’s rather soapy after use by everyone. Hotel is rigid in allowing kids (9 yrs old) to sleep together with adults. Requested to change to deluxe twin room but they don’t allow 2 adults and 1 kid in a room. So had to request to combine the triple beds together as my kid dare not sleep by himself. We would hv preferred the deluxe twin Japanese style room if hotel could allow and we are willing to same triple room price for it. Triple room has no view and faces backstreet. Housekeeping needs improvement as hair could be found on the floor and the amenities/tissue werent timely replenished. But overall it’s still a great place with its great accessibility and the nice hot public bath! We will still stay here next time!

Everything is good except some staff are not as friendly as Japanese used to.

A well located hotel in the Ginza area. Near to the shopping area belt. Have a public bath to enjoy. If you are not going onsen, just a trip to Tokyo, you could try out the hot bath

Convenient location near the train station with Lawson right opposite the hotel and 7-11 just beside it. The staff is friendly and speaks good English. The hotel also helped to store our luggages after we checked out and gave us the high floor room as requested. Room is clean n comfortable and decent size.

It’s rare for a city hotel to have an onsen in its premises. The onsen is good for relaxation after a busy day of shopping or sightseeing seeing.

It was a very convenient location and had a hot bath as well. Great service n front desk was very helpful. Great location for shopping and if you go see kabuki at the Kabukiza close by

Rooms are much smaller than anticipated, although that’s understandable for the location. Hotel staff were somewhat average, around 6/10. We stayed at multiple locations and hotels during our trip, we found that the staff under the Mitsui Garden franchise (this branch and Sapporo Station West) to be somewhat less friendly than other brands. Is some what weird but could be just bad luck on our part.

Overall is quite average experience for the price paid - I havent seen much difference, if not the room few sqm bigger, than other, cheaper, competitor.  Position is really  good and convenient with Ginza, Hibyia and Asakusa line just 5 min walking. 

First time staying in this hotel and I’m super satisfied with the location and space of the room. Just a 3 mins walk to metro station ( Hibiya line - Higashi Ginza station ) , easy access to the major shopping streets in Ginza . 15 mins taxi to Tokyo Station where you can travel to other destinations via JR/ Shinkansen. Theirs is coin washing machine & dryer in the hotel Level 2.super convenient for traveler who wish to wash their clothes during the stay . Room is clean ,bed is super comfortable , toilet is spacious enough , Panasonic hair dryer provided and other toiletries are also sufficiently provided . Only downfall is the sound proof is abit weak where you can hear some noises from outside . Overall is was a fantastic stay will definately stay back again.

Very nice location and convenient place to stay…. The room was little too small so next time we need to book larger rooms.

It’s pretty good in overall. The reception did early check in, which is pretty good service for use.

good and clean, check-in and check-out was seamless and I enjoy my stay.
