Ulasan Comfort Inn Bay of Isles

Room 13 facing an alleyway. We had to have the lights on as it was so dark which meant we had to close the curtains also as anyone passing could see in. The shower made a horrendous noise being turned on. I booked in November so didn’t expect to get arguably the worst room in the place. They couldn’t swap rooms as the place was fully booked. I will not recommend this “black hole of Calcutta” to anyone. De Luxe this was NOT!

Nicely maintained. Friendly reception staff. On -site laundry was so convenient. Hotel restaurant had very tasty food.

Family rooms are spacious and comfortable. AC chilled the room efficiently, bath and shower was great to have with small kids, basic dishes and cutlery for in room breakfast. Overall, happy with our stay.

The place was nice apart from the pines and black clump of hair we found in the shower, and terrible parking we didn’t get parking at our door so we had to park on the street for$190 a night expect more safer parking options little disappointed

Room is clean, bed are OK but too soft for me. Drapes are not blocking the lights and sound proofing is not great. I woke up at first light every day.

The Comfort Inn is fabulous in every way except units are so tight together. When you sit on your very small, allocated area outside your door, the next door neighbour is right there! There is also not a patio table and chairs for each unit.

Sink bathroom old. When you turn tap on it makes a sound.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly efficient staff . Clean and quiet

Friendly service, good facilities, great location. Problem with an unclean towel was rectified quickly.

Staff were very welcoming and its location was ideal and walkable to places to dine

Central and very clean. Been staying there since facility built and always satisfied. Obviously short staffed; but still happy although unable to have dinner on our only night available as restaurant booked out.

Bathroom needs an update!

Great spot right across from the park and bay. Very easy checkin and friendly staff.

Good, clean, value for money , right on the bay and close to Woolworths and Restaurants.
