Ikos Andalusia

Amazing hotel, the service levels match or better Dubai, Great location the staff were brilliant from start to finish, special mention to Carola the reception Manager and Peter who made the stay perfect. The car service provided for the day by the hotel and the lunch provided was a lovely touch with Peter recommendations to visit some of the local areas such as Ronda was beautiful. The restaurants were fantastic especially the Indian Night at the buffet really nice food cooked the way it should be. We will be back 100%, I thought the Sani resorts were good but this IKOS Andalusia has topped them all with the amazing rooms, Service and the great vibe this hotel offers nothing was to much trouble at all.

When can we go again? We recently returned from a blissful 10 days at Ikos Andulasia. This is the first time we have been on an all-inclusive holiday and wow, take us back already! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with outstanding service and immediately left the stresses of daily life behind. The resort is beautifully laid out with stunning landscaping and stylish interiors. We were fortunate enough to stay in deluxe (would highly recommend) and had access to some additional benefits, such as separate pool area and the restaurant Seasons. All restaurants were fantastic, our favourites being Seasons, Fresco and Anaya. Service and food were fantastic. Harry in Seasons was both attentive and funny. A big thank you to all the staff by the Deluxe pool who looked after us so well and where nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to Maria and her outstanding crew, Shannon, Dora, Christina, Andrea & co. Tasos, the hotel manager, you were incredible! You made our stay super special and memorable. We loved your little check in visits when lounging by the pool, such excellent service. It is clear how much you care about your staff and the guests, it couldn’t be managed better; everything ran so smoothly. Katerina on the deluxe desk was an absolute delight, always smiling and super helpful. And so, many congratulations to Tasos and his vast team. We WILL be back, and of course in the meantime will be highly recommending that our friends visit too :)

We had an amazing week in the new 4 bedroom deluxe villa. Our host Dennis was perfect, and made our stay even more perfect, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t sort. The food at all the restaurants offered great variety. The whole resort was immaculate, would highly recommend staying here

We have just completed a 5 night stay at Ikos Andalusia with our daughter and partner. All the staff worked extremely hard to provide us with a fantastic experience. Padma and Peter in guest relations were constantly making sure our experience was extra special. Vicky in Ouzo and Konstantina in The Beach club went out of their way to locate wine from Seasons when we requested it. All the restaurants provided excellent food and service as near to perfect as we have experienced. It’s a wonderful resort, lots of pools, very relaxed. Ikos transfers were great. We will be back

Happy happy happy that was the nature of all the staff. I have travelled all over the world but until now never had the privilege to have my entire holiday faultless I could write reams about this place The food was fabulous the rooms were brilliant. Demetrius hope they promote you to headwater at the seasons restaurant. You deserve it

This was our first visit to an Ikos resort and our only regret is we hadn’t gone sooner. The food, service and facilities were first class and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The choice and quality of the restaurants was the highlight and we enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year.

This was the perfect holiday for our young family. The resort was ideal for what we needed to have an enjoyable time with a baby and toddler! The various swimming pools designated for kids / family / adult only, the splash park was such a hit with our little one. So much fun, while us parents can join in or watch from our sun loungers. The restaurant choices were fab. And the room layout worked for us too, with 2 cots. The resort being situated by the beach too was lovely, I did a wonderful bike ride with the toddler in a bike seat - great memories have been made. A big mention to the heroes club, Eleni and her team. They made us feel at ease looking after our son for a few hours every other day so he got to play with lots of fun toys and children etc and the staff were brilliant!! Everyone is so lovely and speak fluent English. Would highly recommend if you want a great all round quality resort for a family holiday. Thank you Williamson-Hawkins’

From start to finish our week long stay with our 17 month old was just perfection. Without hesitation we will return. A special mention to Kristina who choreographs the arrivals and departures with true ease and genuine care - she is an incredible asset to the Ikos brand. As other reviews mention this is a kids paradise. The ikos concept is luxury for families and while it has adult only areas, the staff are very clear that families come first. I’m sure that if travelling as a couple I would find the crescendo of kids’ bowls hitting the restaurant floors against the backdrop of meltdowns come 7pm pretty horrendous. But as I sip on the perfect cocktail while my toddler joins the chorus and I catch the glint of the eye of a fellow parent, I am reminded that I am thrilled Ikos exists.

Wonderful return trip to Ikos Andalusia. Like many, we were disappointed in the Deluxe offering on our first visit when the hotel was new in 2021. The new deluxe area, kids club and Chiringuito have enhanced the resort and we enjoyed the deluxe pool. The gardens have matured and are extremely well kept. The resort is very well maintained and very clean. Kids pools and splash parks are great. Would love to return. Special mentions to Katerina in deluxe and Samuel in Anaya.
