體驗不是很好，環境還不錯

The issue is the bad communication with ******* which they don’t resolve the problem professionally and they are not telling the truth about offer in the hotel until we arrived and have been informed by the hotel management. So I will never use ******* a gain and advice people to double check before they travel.

Food is disgusting ,so bad , with a limited menu , I have no idea how this hotel has 4 stars, I gave it 2 stars just because the employees are excellent and cheerful. my experience overall is so terrible .

Dalle foto sembrerebbe un posto decente quando a tutti gli effetti non lo è. La camera puzzava di muffa, il divano plastificato presentava macchie all’interno, armadi e sportelli rotti, fodere dei cuscini macchiati. Aree in comune come ad esempio il giardino vicino alla piscina pieno di spazzatura a terra, erba alta, tavolini sporchi. Un vero disastro. Fatevi un favore e non prenotate qui.
