本來酒店建築、外都環境、房間面積、裝修等在阿拉爾都算是挺好的了。但服務意識差：第三幢門口外面有惡臭散出來，踫見個服務員問為什麼那麼臭，居然除了用眼晴瞟了我一眼，完全不迴應不理睬。衞生：朋友住的另一房間，竟然有一衹泡茶的杯子，裏面還有不知之前哪一位房客泡過茶留下的茶葉包，已經發臭了，還沒清理，知會前台，一直到我們出去吃飯還沒人來清理。另外那麼多客房的酒店洗衣機收費才能使用，也就算了，居然還衹有兩台機，嚴重不足。
