我必須要給這家酒店一個大大的好評!酒店的環境優雅，裝修精緻。房間乾淨整潔，細節之處盡顯用心。餐飲也非常美味，種類豐富。寬敞的免費停車場，服務熱情的更是無可挑剔，還送零食和水果讓我有了一種回家般的温暖感覺，樓下還有小型會議室可以跟朋友或者合作伙伴聊一會兒，下次還會選擇這裏[強][強]

本來酒店建築、外都環境、房間面積、裝修等在阿拉爾都算是挺好的了。但服務意識差：第三幢門口外面有惡臭散出來，踫見個服務員問為什麼那麼臭，居然除了用眼晴瞟了我一眼，完全不迴應不理睬。衞生：朋友住的另一房間，竟然有一衹泡茶的杯子，裏面還有不知之前哪一位房客泡過茶留下的茶葉包，已經發臭了，還沒清理，知會前台，一直到我們出去吃飯還沒人來清理。另外那麼多客房的酒店洗衣機收費才能使用，也就算了，居然還衹有兩台機，嚴重不足。

亮點: 早餐比較滿意。早餐到隔壁酒店合作的早餐店吃的，餐廳本身也一直對外營業，時不時有顧客來。酒店今年新裝修的，硬件還可以。衞生間乾濕分離不錯。樓下有各種小吃店，還有夜市，對面就是十二團的團總部大樓。 不足: 酒店電梯口到走廊有個門檻，很容易踢到中招。 衞生間玻璃門太透明瞭，衞生間門是透明的，裏面的淋浴房門也太透明瞭，一家人都尷尬，設計有點問題。建議加個浴室擦腳毛巾或者非一次性拖鞋。
