We booked Villa cha cha in last minute. They charged us really high price around. Hotel situation is amazing but hotel is not good for stay. They have many rooms but just have 6 sunbeds, no sunbed around poolside, the staff did not clean tables, sunbed mats during our stay, breakfast area is also dirty and smelly. All windows has finger print and oily. We were really worry about hygiene cause we visited island after covid. They do not care about hygiene!!!!!! By the way I wanted get coffee from breakfast area around 7:45 am, the staff (name is KAE) did not allow me to take. But I saw someone who is gonna check out easily have their beeakfast at the same time. If you want to save your money and stay comfort do not stay at this hotel anyway. They charged us around 700 usd for 5 days. Basic bungalows are better then to stay at villa cha cha! Don’t be deceived their location and hotel pictures.

The Vannee is a 3.5 star hotel but we can’t do half stars here. The hotel lacks details on most ends but overall a decent place to stay. The breakfast was not good for the 2 days of our stay. The true standout aspect of this hotel is the massive pool that expands the length of the grounds. There is a swimup pool bar.

Отель 4 звёзды.И это четко просматривается во всем.Сервис,уборка номера все отлично.Персонал здесь очень приветливый,выполняет все просьбы.Расположение у отеля.Вот тут он выигрывает.Находится на красивом пляже рядом с отелем Анантара.Вблизи,в пешой доступности вся инфраструктура:магазины,рестораны,кафе,прачечные,прокат байков и машин,обменники,массажи и т.д. С пирса Тонг Сала ехать 30 минут,такси примерно стоит 1000-1500 батт,в зависимости от количества человек. Минусы в отеле есть:1.Самый жирные минус-это завтрак.Он отвратительный.Все невкусное,выпечка старая,свеже выжитых соков нет,кофе из автомата пить невозможно.2.Номер очень маленький,постоянно пахнет в санузле сыростью и затхлостью.По просьбе устанавливают ароматическую жидкость,но ее хватает буквально на 2 часа.3.Качество белья и подушек оставляет желать лучшего. Итоги:Отель хороший,на твёрдую четверку.Если хотите жить на берегу красивого пляжа,то выбирайте его.

Fantastic value for money for accommodation right on the beach. Each individual 'bungalow' is no more than 100m from the beach and they are all angled to give privacy from the rest of the hotel guests. Beach is stunning with good levels of privacy, and the sea is lovely. If you don't fancy swimming in the sea then there is also a swimming pool right on the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and the location was excellent, with the centre of town being only a 10-minute stroll away. If you are interested in hiring mopeds then the staff at the hotel have a contact that we used (cheap prices, ฿150 a day). Would definitely return!

Это великолепный отель. Начиная от месторасположения, заканчивая маленькими деталями в номере - спрей от москитов в парфюмерном флаконе. Персонал очень вежливый, заботливый. Чувствуешь себя в абсолютном комфорте и безопасности. Территория отеля очень красивая, утопает в зелени. Завтраки - великолепные . Есть все . Формат шведский стол+ заказ по меню. Любые виды яичницы, каши, соки, авокадо тосты, фрукты и т.д. В отеле необходимо оставлять депозит 1000 бат , при выезде возвращают. Из минусов - одну ночь сильно шумела компания на соседней вилле. С музыкой, танцами и т.д. Думаю отель должен принимать меры и не допускать такого. Все таки формат не отеля не предполагает шумные вечеринки.

We were here for 4 nights as a couple. Basically we liked our stay very much, but we can not recommend the small bungalows. We stayed in the cheapest bungalow and it was so small that you could not even place the open suitcase. In addition, windows and doors were not tight, so we had many mosquitoes in the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was also right above our heads, so we both caught colds. When using the shower, the whole bathroom floods because the drain is at the other end of the room. Also, there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. We especially liked the hotel grounds. It is really in the middle of the beach, there is soft sand everywhere and the restaurant is also right at the water. There is also a pool table and a ping pong table, both of which we used very often. Special praise must be given to the helpful, friendly hotel staff, who were always eager to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the first evening, our window would not close. There were some communication difficulties with the ladies at the reception because they really didn't understand a word of English. In the following days, however, all the ladies at the reception could speak perfect English, which made communication much easier. Nevertheless, the ladies gave us a new room for one night, which was a great relief. Right next to the hotel is a scooter rental. We rented a scooter here, which was really uncomplicated and cheap. In the area there is very cheap and delicious street food, for example at ”Mama Thai Food” or ”Life Style” with super nice owners. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and there is a choice of several dishes. However, it is ”a la carte” and you can only order one dish. The portion is a bit small for a grown man, so you would actually have to order 2-3 dishes to get full. Even the most expensive breakfast ”Milky Bay Breakfast” includes only 2 slices of toast, 2 fried eggs, a few mushrooms, 2 slices of tomato and a single piece of bacon (?!). Fortunately, free fruit (pineapple or watermelon) is always offered as well, which helps you get a little fuller. Conclusion: if I had to rate our room exclusively, I would only give the resort 2 out of 5 stars. I've slept in beachfront bungalows in Thailand that cost between 10€-20€ per night and were more comfortable and modern than our bungalow (50€ per night). However, due to the fantastic service, the great facility and the nice staff I give 4 out of 5 stars and the following advice: Don't book the smallest, cheapest bungalow! We saw the better rooms from the outside and they looked really big and modern. If we had stayed in such a room, I would have definitely given 5 out of 5 stars!

La ubicación es perfecta, sobre todo los bungalows de abajo, justo a la playa y las puestas de sol increíbles, el desayuno muy escueto, se come bien pero un poco caro, los bungalows están muy bien, pero lo peor el personal, no sonríen nunca y les cuesta servirte algo, sin duda los más desagradables de todos los hoteles en los que he estado..la piscina, puff..verde, pero de lo sucia que está...repetiría pero solo por la ubicación, paz y descanso.. gracias

Had terrible experience with the old lady who is a hotel owner/manager. Me and a friend of mine booked the hotel for 6 nights, turned up a day later than was supposed to and discovered that she put some other guests in the room. The explanation was that we didn’t notify the hotel that we would be 1 day late. The hotel has a right to do so according to their policies. But the lady’s attitude was horrible, no help was given (we came to the island during so called “Full moon party” time when even the worst hotels sell their rooms for crazy money). It was impossible to find anything at that time and we were tired and desperate after a long trip. So I suppose the greediness was the driving force to resell the room. No prior notification was given to me about the situation. The lady just said “leave” and was refusing to return money (I guess because she would lose the money if she cancelled herself). In the end the police helped us solve the situation and we had to move to another island. “Trip” also gave me quite a bonus for this. I love Thailand and their people but that was the worst experience for the whole trip

The service provided was exceptional; the staff were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the time I departed, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. As for the facilities, they were top-notch. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities that cater to every need. Whether it was the well-equipped gym, the relaxing spa, or the beautiful swimming pool, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city.

Overall the hotel was nice but in several point not what we expected: We booked a „villa with sea view“. There was no sea view at the villa that was assigned to us. You couldn’t see the sea neither from within the villa nor from the pool nor from the sun beds nor from the outside bath tub. The only way to see a glimpse of the sea was to stand up on a certain spot on the terrace. That’s not what we expected from a room advertised as „with sea view“ and the (trip.com) booking page also suggested otherwise. When we complained, we got assigned another villa where we could see the sea partly. Thank you for that. However, the manager told us that the photos from the booking page were in fact another villa. But it's not my responsibility to make sure that the photos and pictures provided on booking pages are correct. The hotel has to take care of that! This holds also true for the next issue: The gym was closed due to renovation. In the booking process, they advertised a huge fitness center with lots of machines. Now it’s shut down and we did not get any information about this. The „mini gym“, which does not even have at least one multi exercise machine, is nothing but a bad joke and no replacement at all for a proper gym! Again the staff told us they would inform about this on their website. When I checked that, I still found the photos of the large gym on their own website. It was just called ”mini gym”. But how am I supposed to know what they mean by that and that the provided photos are no longer correct??
