Oblu Nature Helengeli-All-Inclusive with Free Transfers

A small private island resort. Limited amenities but is enough. As you can snorkel at their house reef with plenty of fishes and corals. Food selection is good and tasty. All inclusive package is excellent here with free excursions. Recommended. Value for money for sure.

是一間很不錯的度假村，價格也不會很貴，三餐都有自助餐可以吃，食物多變、有很多選擇，吧台的飲料不用錢，每天下午還有固定時間供應下午茶，完全不會怕餓到，推薦調酒Lost Paradise，是我此生喝過最好喝的調酒。除了食物之外，度假村裡的設施應有盡有，例如水上活動和健身房，住在這裡的最後幾天都有去健身房，不然食物太好吃，怕回去多太多肉。餐廳的服務生都很親切，也可以試著和他們聊聊天喔。

We have just returned from our stay at Oblu Nature Helengeli, and can honestly say that this was the most special place we have had the opportunity to visit. The island is stunning, the snorkelling fantastic, and the food was a very high standard for a buffet setting. Chef Mohit came out to speak with the guests every day, which was a really nice touch. We ate at both restaurants - Just Grill and Raga Route. Both were exquisite - food prepared to a very high standard. I particularly liked Just Grill. The staff were truly amazing and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everybody works incredibly hard - I genuinely feel like we made friends on this trip. My partner liked a shirt worn by the traditional Maldivian music band and the flute player (who was also exceptional), and asked whether it was possible to purchase one. It turns out that they weren’t available to purchase and were made in-house from the sarongs. Before we knew it, he was being measured up, and after purchasing 2 sarongs, a shirt was made free of charge and delivered to our room that very evening! Once again, this will stay with us forever. He absolutely loves the shirt and will be wearing it on a gig tomorrow! (He is also a musician) Big shout out to Devejdra (laundry manager) and Dammika, the wonderful tailor who made it. Thank you both so much! In terms of shout outs, there are too many to mention and I’m sorry for anyone I have missed. Kessi and Oghin particularly stood out in the bar. Oghin took the time to write down the recipe of a masala tea drink that I particularly liked - all special touches. Lastly, I would highly recommend the cooking class with Mohit. I cook a lot of Indian food at home, but found this lesson useful to understand more about Sri Lankan cooking, and the balancing of spices. Mohit even gave me a jar of the curry paste we used in the class to bring home with me, and wrote down the ingredient’s for the 3 recipes we prepared. We were served this meal for lunch that day. Truly special. Thank you to each and every one of you for making our stay so special - we will be back!!
