This property is very beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool has a beautiful view but it’s extremely crowded when we were there on Sunday. Hotel rooms were totally packed. Breakfast and Dinner was good too. Very nice hospitality. I’ll surely recommend you to stay here. I’ve been to all Taj,Vivanta,ambassador and gateway resort properties properties and had good time. Very fast service. Hospitality is good whether it’s housekeeping,bellboy,swimming pool life guard,chef.

Hotel staff was rude, impolite and not helpful in many situations. Due to wedding in hotel it was chaotic and loud. Staff was only catering to wedding not others. Breakfast wasnt good and there weren’t many options. There was no functioning bar and when asked they refused to even give us wine glasses. It was the limit when they asked us to pay for one ice box. This is not the hotel anyone should stay in.

We visited this resort to celebrate our first anniversary, and wow, what an experience! The hospitality here is absolutely amazing – you’ll feel so pampered, like royalty! And the food? Oh my goodness, it’s just incredible. Trust me, if you’re staying here, make sure to include lunch or dinner in your plan. You won’t regret it – it’s that good! I even played cricket with the hotel staff, and it was such a fun experience (after ages!). There’s so much to do here – whether you’re a family, a couple, with friends, or even with kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. A huge thanks to the amazing staff! Harsh and Nitesh ensured delicious meals, Anjali guided us around the resort, and Viraj and Vipul made the activities so much fun. Truly a wonderful team! This place has it all. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is it! Highly recommend it!
