Wonderful hotel! The rooms were incredibly beautiful, and the view of the Bell Tower was absolutely magical—especially in the evening when everything lights up. The location is truly the best you could ask for, with walking distance to all the main attractions within the city walls. The area is full of cozy shops, charming streets, and lively street stalls, which makes the stay even more special. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire visit. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well.

雖然我給了好評，但是真的不是因為我對酒店有多滿意，所以，必須要來説一下我的感受，酒店環境很好，出去就是濕地公園，風景很美，內部配的有游泳池健身房，還有小孩玩的遊樂中心，可以説硬件設施還是不錯的，可是讓人無語的是，節假日期間一個服務崗位居然衹安排一個工作人員？？導致的結果就是，我們辦入住和退房的時候，裏三層外三層的人，雖然當時的前台小哥哥已經非常麻利的在辦理了，奈何客人太多，一個一個的辦，也等了挺長時間才輪到我們，不過有一説一，這個工服上帶鑰匙徽章的前台小哥，非常有禮貌，看的出來，業務能力也很強，知道我們等的久，會主動致歉，並給我們升級了帶露台的房間，送了水果，看到我們帶小朋友，還主動讓客房給我們送了小朋友的牙刷，然後就是另一個很高的服務員小哥哥幫我們把行李送回房間，然後這個服務員也衹有一個人！明顯感覺忙不過來，送完行李都是小跑着離開的，我當時還跟他吐槽，大過節的你們怎麼上班的人這麼少，入住以後打電話讓送個東西什麼的也是很慢，讓人體驗感大打折扣，對了，還有早餐，除了那個熱米皮還不錯外，其他的中規中矩，説是價值一百多，個人覺得不值，房間帶免費早餐可以去吃，要是另外花錢去吃那就沒必要了，總之就是給好評完全是覺得當時上班的工作人員不容易，服務行業節假日就不能多安排點上班的人嗎？這個價格對應如此的人員配置服務實在不值，希望酒店能有所改進吧！

The hotel has a very good location. There is a metro exit right outside the hotel, and it is also near Zhonglou (Bell Tower). The airport bus arrival and departure points are convenient as well. The hotel also provides airport transfer service, but it is chargeable. The room is cute and the decoration is very nice. However, you should make sure to book a room with a window. Without a window it can feel difficult to breathe. Even though we visited in March, the room still felt quite warm, so it might be even hotter during summer. There are also many places to eat and shop nearby, which makes the stay very convenient.

it was a bit difficult to find but with the help of the pictures you can find the entry and then you have to walk a bit and then you will find the reception, which has 24 hour front desk which is a huge bonus. Staff was really nice and checked me in quickly and you had a lot of amenities that you can use such as towels or slippers for free. This was one of the comfiest beds that I ever experienced during my trip in China. I would recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Xian for little money.

This hotel is highly recommended for those without a Chinese cell phone number or who can’t communicate via WeChat. Since I don’t understand Chinese, I asked in the Trip.com message section where I could be picked up, and I received a reply immediately! They told me that once I arrived, I should send a message to let them know, and they would come to pick me up. I was really impressed by this. Most other hotels require you to contact them via WeChat, but that’s usually impossible for foreigners since we don’t have Chinese cell phone numbers. I’m also grateful that I could communicate via text. Since I can’t understand spoken Chinese. There’s no elevator, but the owner carried my suitcase up to my room. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. There’s no shower stall, but slippers are provided. For this price, it’s more than adequate.

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

I was impressed by the clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!
