I had an excellent stay at Central Hotel (Xi’an Bell Tower)—the location and hospitality truly stood out. The hotel is perfectly placed, with many of the main attractions within walking distance, and a subway station right on the doorstep for anything further afield. Taxis don’t stop directly outside, but getting dropped at the nearby KFC means it’s only about a minute’s walk—quick and easy. My room was a real highlight, featuring a small private courtyard which was perfect for a bit of fresh air in the early mornings or late evenings. Little touches made a big difference too—unlimited bottled water available on every floor, and an instant hot water machine in the room (honestly, once you have this, you’ll wonder why every hotel doesn’t!). What impressed me most was the attention to detail: at check-in, the staff remembered a request I had made during booking—something I had completely forgotten about myself. That level of care really sets them apart. The team were fantastic throughout—especially the check-in staff and the lady who helped arrange taxis. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Bravo to the entire team, and thank you for such a memorable stay!

Weekend train trek to BaoJi from Xi’an. It’s a very walkable city, and there are bikes all around. Crowne Plaza has a nice longe on the 40th Floor. It is next to a mall, and adjacent to the theater. The park nearby stretches to the historically designed walking bridge into Chencang Old Street (I suggest folk music bar next to Panda Aquarium/BaoJi Station display). Crowne has nice views and comfortable rooms. Staff is bilingual and everything is clean. Of the Crowne Plazas I have stayed in, this one is maintained well.

雖然我給了好評，但是真的不是因為我對酒店有多滿意，所以，必須要來説一下我的感受，酒店環境很好，出去就是濕地公園，風景很美，內部配的有游泳池健身房，還有小孩玩的遊樂中心，可以説硬件設施還是不錯的，可是讓人無語的是，節假日期間一個服務崗位居然衹安排一個工作人員？？導致的結果就是，我們辦入住和退房的時候，裏三層外三層的人，雖然當時的前台小哥哥已經非常麻利的在辦理了，奈何客人太多，一個一個的辦，也等了挺長時間才輪到我們，不過有一説一，這個工服上帶鑰匙徽章的前台小哥，非常有禮貌，看的出來，業務能力也很強，知道我們等的久，會主動致歉，並給我們升級了帶露台的房間，送了水果，看到我們帶小朋友，還主動讓客房給我們送了小朋友的牙刷，然後就是另一個很高的服務員小哥哥幫我們把行李送回房間，然後這個服務員也衹有一個人！明顯感覺忙不過來，送完行李都是小跑着離開的，我當時還跟他吐槽，大過節的你們怎麼上班的人這麼少，入住以後打電話讓送個東西什麼的也是很慢，讓人體驗感大打折扣，對了，還有早餐，除了那個熱米皮還不錯外，其他的中規中矩，説是價值一百多，個人覺得不值，房間帶免費早餐可以去吃，要是另外花錢去吃那就沒必要了，總之就是給好評完全是覺得當時上班的工作人員不容易，服務行業節假日就不能多安排點上班的人嗎？這個價格對應如此的人員配置服務實在不值，希望酒店能有所改進吧！

Good hotel, with perfect location, walking distance to bell and dram towers. Room was clean, big and bright Breakfast was ok. Mostly all staff was friendly and polite, except to ladies on reception, I didn't know why at 5:30 am in my room all lights started to switch on and curtains opened. When I asked, they weren't interested to help, it looked very rud when I got answer ”I don't speak English” and they continue to talk with each other, like I wasn't there. Only after I showed the transaction on my phone they told to say something in Chinese in room, but none of us can speak Chinese and I couldn't understand why they made this for everyday option and for us it's not easy to find what to do because everything is on Chinese. Only after I said that I won't do anything by myself, they agreed to fix it. And last night didn't have this problem.

Nancy at the tourist information counter was very professional. She provided exceptional service and was not too pushy. She recommended many good food places. Most importantly, the tour services she recommended was well planned according to our needs and they didn’t hard sell. The night show “长恨歌” was highly recommended by her and was definitely one of the key highlight of our trip. Nini at the reception counter was very friendly and helped with any inquiries we had even late into the night. She even helped us order food delivery when our app had a problem. She was very patient although we took a long time to decide what we wanted to eat There was a hanfu shop near the elevator. The dresses they offered were pretty but unfortunately we were guys and didn’t had interest. We saw many hotel guests engage their service. The shop owner was very polite and greeted us whenever we walked by. All in all a very pleasurable and memorable stay here. Able to communicate in basic English to accommodate our needs.

it was a bit difficult to find but with the help of the pictures you can find the entry and then you have to walk a bit and then you will find the reception, which has 24 hour front desk which is a huge bonus. Staff was really nice and checked me in quickly and you had a lot of amenities that you can use such as towels or slippers for free. This was one of the comfiest beds that I ever experienced during my trip in China. I would recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Xian for little money.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and I was thoroughly impressed! The room and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond, providing complimentary pickup and drop-off service, which was a lovely touch. Their hospitality was exceptional - everyone was respectful, kind, and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The Hotel is awesome! Sharon attended me, the MU! the attention, place and the food is great and very good flavors. They're very kind and attentive, always caring for the people and tourists. They really care also about understanding what you need and want even if you talk in a different language! On the other hand the hotel is in a great location, so you can walk everywhere and get to know a lot of places! 10/10 ✨️ love it! I'm from Mexico btw! Hahah! 🇲🇽

We have had an amazing time at floral hotel! Our room has a perfect view of the mountains, the food cooked downstairs was absolutely incredible after our mountain exploring. It is only a few minutes drive from the tourist centre (where buses to both cable car lower stations go from) and 10minutes to the train station (huashanbei). We were given free lifts to all of these by our hosts which was incredibly kind and helpful, making a very easy stay! The hosts and family were so kind, it felt like staying at home!

酒店環境很好，以往出差也都是選擇住酒店但是永昌國際酒店的大廳必須誇一下，有種“老錢風”的感覺特別豪華，其次就是工作人員的熱情態度，讓我也非常感動，到店之前酒店預訂部小張就主動聯繫我，詢問我各種住房要求，而且非常詳細的介紹酒店的娛樂設施，游泳，健身，水療中心，高爾夫，還有營業時間，以及早餐時間，本來準備到酒店後，在問前台，結果提前都給介紹了，晚上到店辦理入住，接待人員也非常專業，很快就辦理完了，還體諒我旅途辛苦，提心早點休息，這種小小的舉動真的非常温馨，下次有機會來榆林也會毫不猶豫選擇這家酒店！
