Hotel location is super strategic with the metro station accessible right infront of the hotel, there's also a lot of food choices and places to visit around the hotel. The traffic can get super noisy on the weekends, we underestimated how noisy it can get due to the constant honking but luckily it was only on Saturday night, the others days are fine. The room corridor once you entered the room is too dark, even the toilet and shower is too dark, given how small the shower room is, the darkness makes it feel even more compact and uncomfortable. The mirror area is also not bright enough and there's no small makeup mirror. The afternoon tea selection is a bit sad while the breakfast option is limited as it's more suited for local taste. Overall the stay was good but not exceptional.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

雖然我給了好評，但是真的不是因為我對酒店有多滿意，所以，必須要來説一下我的感受，酒店環境很好，出去就是濕地公園，風景很美，內部配的有游泳池健身房，還有小孩玩的遊樂中心，可以説硬件設施還是不錯的，可是讓人無語的是，節假日期間一個服務崗位居然衹安排一個工作人員？？導致的結果就是，我們辦入住和退房的時候，裏三層外三層的人，雖然當時的前台小哥哥已經非常麻利的在辦理了，奈何客人太多，一個一個的辦，也等了挺長時間才輪到我們，不過有一説一，這個工服上帶鑰匙徽章的前台小哥，非常有禮貌，看的出來，業務能力也很強，知道我們等的久，會主動致歉，並給我們升級了帶露台的房間，送了水果，看到我們帶小朋友，還主動讓客房給我們送了小朋友的牙刷，然後就是另一個很高的服務員小哥哥幫我們把行李送回房間，然後這個服務員也衹有一個人！明顯感覺忙不過來，送完行李都是小跑着離開的，我當時還跟他吐槽，大過節的你們怎麼上班的人這麼少，入住以後打電話讓送個東西什麼的也是很慢，讓人體驗感大打折扣，對了，還有早餐，除了那個熱米皮還不錯外，其他的中規中矩，説是價值一百多，個人覺得不值，房間帶免費早餐可以去吃，要是另外花錢去吃那就沒必要了，總之就是給好評完全是覺得當時上班的工作人員不容易，服務行業節假日就不能多安排點上班的人嗎？這個價格對應如此的人員配置服務實在不值，希望酒店能有所改進吧！

The location is truly exceptional, set בתוך the historic city walls and just a short walk from the iconic Bell Tower. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.

Fantastic stay. I only wish we had booked longer. The staff truly made it exceptional. They were warm, attentive and always going the extra mile. The hotel’s design is stylish and welcoming and the location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of a vibrant area with great nightlife just outside. Despite that it still feels calm and relaxing inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable (slept amazingly) and the buffet plus all the thoughtful extras were a great touch. The hotel coffee is good and having Luckin Coffee connected to the building was a bonus since it’s my personal favorite. Next time I’m in Xi’an I won’t even look anywhere else.

Amazing hostel! The receptionists are really helpful and nice with the guests. They helped me to book some attraction tickets and they were always available to meet any need. The terrace view id a plus if you are staying during the summer time! Not really easy to find (narrow street in the pic) but it's really quite considering is located in the vibrant Muslim district

This hotel is the best if you have an overnight flight connection or a flight the next morning and need an overnight stay. The price is worth it, and the owners are very kind, they offer free pickup and drop service too, as soon as you book the hotel, you receive a message from the hotel owner and you can add their we chat to contact further.

The hotel is very good and conveniently located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant. What made the stay even better was the excellent service from the staff. In particular, Jason provided outstanding support and service throughout my stay. He was very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a great impression. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The family is extremely accommodating. They picked me up and dropped me off at the train station as well as Mt Huashan. The lovely woman was so helpful with getting me tickets to do the buses and cable cars which I had trouble doing myself online. The man was also very lovely. Very clean facilities and graciously accommodating couple. Wished my stay was longer and would definitely come back again!

The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!
