Мне понравился этот отель и я продлил в нем проживание ещё на одну неделю. В номере чисто и тихо, работает кондиционер, хорошая сантехника, есть стол для ноутбука. Завтрак сытный: овсяная каша, оладьи с клубничным джемом, бутерброд с колбасой и плавленным сыром, помидоры и огурцы, выпечка, марокканский час, свежий апельсиновый сок. Такое меню мне не надоело за все дни. До медины Феса можно доехать на такси за 10 минут, до железнодорожного вокзала 15 минут пешком.

This was the worst hotel on our trip with two people getting ill with food poisoning. Do not order Tajine as it’s not authentic! Breakfast was poor with selection and coffee machines running out problems. The rooms were very small and extremely noisy.

Huda at the reception was fantastic, she was so attentive and nothing is too much for her, she booked us a room, answers all our questions, orginse taxis, she is profesionales and go that extra mile for you. Thank you so much for lovley stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must admit that my experience was less than satisfactory. There were several issues that made the stay quite disappointing, and despite raising our concerns, they were not adequately addressed. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it was advertised as wheelchair-friendly. However, we were surprised to find steps leading into the entrance and small rooms, making it challenging for individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, the lifts were exceptionally small, causing inconvenience and discomfort, especially when carrying luggage or during busy times. It was disappointing that the accessibility and space were not as expected. We also encountered a language barrier when trying to communicate about laundry charges. We felt like we might have been overcharged, but it was difficult to clarify the matter due to the language issue. On a positive note, most of the staff were very friendly and polite, and their efforts to assist us were appreciated. However, the lack of water or glasses in the rooms was a surprising oversight, and it affected our overall comfort during our stay. Furthermore, the location of the hotel didn't have much around that was open. This limited our options for nearby dining or activities, making our experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had several faults that affected our stay. While the friendly staff were a bright spot, the issues with accessibility, small lifts, lack of amenities, and limited nearby options left us feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience to meet the expectations of their guests.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour of Morocco for 2 nights and my room was on the 2nd floor. All looked okay but the bathroom door couldn't be opened properly as the bathroom was so small it hit the sink. The shower head was in a disgusting state and the water mainly came out the side of it. What looked like a king size bed was actually 2 singles pushed together except the top sheet didn't fit so it was more just draped over and the blanket on top the same so if their had actually been 2 people in the bed they would of been fighting over the bed clothes. The noise from outside at night was still loud despite earplugs. Every time I came in/out the room there was a trolley outside with leftover food I assume from someone's room service, morning & night - not at all appealing. The WiFi well a different login depending on what floor you happened to be on & then it usually didn't work anyway. Breakfast was ok, on the 2nd morning I arrived as the restaurant opened and nothing was ready. We did consider having dinner at this hotel but the staff were not very friendly or even much in attendance. The only good thing to say about this hotel was the view from the restaurant especially at sunrise.

Two nights as part of small group tour from UK.Maybe chosen as not all hotels re-opened after lockdown? Staff were multilingual,helpful and polite Bed comfortable.Room clean.Bathroom MICROSCOPIC! Main room door difficult to open from outside with key (had to ask help twice) Breakfast reasonable selection. Street noise (even after 9pm covid curfew) Cigarrette smoke drifting up from street below. Noisy coffee shop fronts establishment, Surrounding area not particularly interesting to wander at night and lacked any cosy restaurants ,although did find a patisserie

Вполне пригодная гостиница в качестве перевалочного пункта из серии Приехал- переночевал-и дальше! Гостиница в центре! Рядом очень приятная сувенирная лавка и супермаркет! Номер был вполне приличным с довольно удобной кроватью и французским баллончиком. Что касается завтраков, то это не про эту гостиницу! Если вы не первые в половине восьмого утра, то за едой можно уже не ходить! Любите спать - спите! Нельзя сказать, что район тихий, впрочем, как и везде в Марокко! Марокканцы и тишина - вещи вообще несовместные! У меня в номере холодильник был, а у друзей - нет! В гостинице несколько лифтов, что немного упрощает попадание в номера в разных крыльях, но есть такой нюанс на этажах, что номера разноуровневые, лестниц (пусть и маленьких) - много.

Je déconseille vivement cet hôtel. Lors de mon séjour à l'hôtel Zahrat Aljabal, j'ai malheureusement été victime d'un vol de l'argent de mon sac, et malgré mes réclamations, aucune solution n'a été apportée par l'équipe de l'hôtel et aucune suite n'a été donnée à ma réclamation. En plus de cela, les draps et couvertures étaient sales et m'ont causé des démangeaisons. L'expérience a été très décevante et je tiens à avertir les futurs clients : soyez très prudents si vous envisagez de séjourner ici. Il vaut mieux éviter cet endroit

Malgré le fait d'une bonne situation géographique et bon accueil. Les chambres puent les égouts, on m'a changé la chambre mais le problème persiste. Chambre moins que basique, pas d'eau chaude. Stationnement facil dans la rue. Je ne reviens plus...

Je tiens à remercier équipe de Zahrat Al jabal pour leurs professionalisme l'acceuil avec un beau sourire pas de retard au check in ,l'aide des baggagistes👌 les chambres sont spacieuses, propreté , merci pour vos efforts (femmes de chambres et leurs gouvernante) merci à l équipes de restauration et la cuisine une variété au petit déjeuner buffet , dîner aussi 👌 toop . Et a la fin je veux dire au gens qui lisent les commentaires je vous garantis que c un hôtel rapport qualité prix emplacement est le meilleur à Fès et ses alentours par expérience . Et je tiens à remercier le directeur de cette établissement bravo à vous et à votre équipe Et a très bientôt Grp de 15 personnes Cordialement TripTopDija

Un hôtel null par leurs personnels un mauvais comportement par la recepsionicte du jour et recepsionicte du soir également le barman. Ni sajjada la douche est très serrée le petit déjeuner très limité suaf que les garçons de la terrasse sont accueillants Vraiment il faut réformer les personnels de l'hôtel Je pense pas me retrouver une autre fois chez vous. Dommage
