Ulasan Mega Light Hotel

Horrible mattresses, springs poking up your ribs, the hotel needs to buy topper for such type of mattresses.

비교적 양호 했다. 먼지가 많고 머리카락 바퀴가 있다는것만 빼고는 말이다. 그러나 가격대비로는 굿이다. 이 가격에 머물수 있다면 재 방문의사가 있다. 아쉬운 이야기 였고 가성비로는 짱이다. ^____^

За свои деньги отель просто прекрасен. Чистые и просторные номера, кондиционер, холодильник, все в отличном состоянии. Видно, что ремонт сделан недавно. Однако, есть проблемы с уборкой. Оказалось, что о ней надо просить, как и о смене постельного белья и полотенец. Но не всегда наши просьбы были правильно поняты. Работники и хозяева отеля не говорят по-английски, но очень стараются понять все с помощью переводчика и помочь. В нашем номере была проблема с холодильником, его нам заменили сразу же. Хозяева отеля очень приятные люди, которые помогали нам во всем и очень беспокоились за наш отдых. Всегда спрашивали, как наши дела и давали какие-то советы. Это место я рекомендую к посещению. Возможно, вернемся сюда еще, если будем снова планировать бюджетный отдых.

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Единственное с водой питьевой проблемы. Ну и уборка только если попросить. До пляжа минут 10 ходьбы. Рядом хороший рынок с фруктами и другими местными продуктами. Бассейн есть, но маленький. Завтрак отсутствует. Не плохой бюджетный вариант. 8 этаж для меня был приемлемым.

Брали номер с завтраком, но завтраков не оказалось. Вернули их стоимость частично. Бассейн тоже оказался не работающим. Матрас неудобный. Разочарование

The fat guy at the Reception shouted at me when I asked some help on bus issues. The staff don't speak any English. Receptionist attitude is very rude and disrespectful to guests. Very unhelpful so Not suitable to be in the Reception. The owner better Sack this Guy ASAP! In short, Avoid this hotel at all cost! Hotel is located Far from the city centre. I booked a Snorkeling tour online & the tour operator don't pick me from the hotel here even free pick provided in the tour. The tour operator claimed my hotel was located far away from city centre. So l got to take a Grab to the meeting point in the city It clearly stated in Agoda, free bottle drinking provided, tea plus instant coffee & with swimming pool access. No water provided & swimming pool was dirty & not working. Very misleading. Not sure how this hotel got 8 Rating in Agoda Just Avoid this hotel

Not sure, where to start. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS ROOM even though it is cheap. STAFF - rude staff, they tried to convince me that I have canceled my reservation. Then suddenly, the reservation appeared. It is not possible to pay after checking the room (I know why!), it is not possible to pay by card, so I went for cash and they kept my passport till payment. I did not want to pay when I saw the disaster in the room, but they refused to give me back my passport. They accused my boyfriend of stealing two beers! ROOM - I have never seen such a disgusting and dirty room. I know that it is cheap but we are not animals! See pictures - mold on the walls, in the bathroom; poo in the toilet; I do not want to know what kind of human extract is on the curtains, etc. THE POOL - dirty water, plastic bottles in the pool, mess around, the pool is approx 2x2 m. LOCATION - they have wrong location on maps so it seems that it is closer to beach, but it is not. Also, this part of nha trang is empty - no restaurants, money exchange etc. The second (southeast part) is better and more turistic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WE Was a group of 5! I had a reservation for two nights We arrived the receptionist was sleeping and very upset when we woke him to check in. He started shouting and very nasty and rude would not open the door and telt us to leave . Left us on the street with all bags! Then went onto cancel the booking when i left and had to check into a near by hotel. And the hotel had the very cheek to charge FULL PRICE as a no show! Good job I have video of the rude guy to show *********** that we were actually NOT. A no show! We was just refused check in because he was upset baby small man receptionist because he was woken up.
