Ulasan Hotel Elbinsel Free Parking

It was a very worse experience. The room wasn’t fully cleaned after checked in, which some clothes, charger and personal stuff at bathroom were left behind. However, we didn’t report to the staff since we are only staying one night and these items were not bothering at all. Surprisingly, these items were then later cleaned unnoticed after we went out for dinner. That was a serious problem that the staff entered our room without prior inform or permission. There were no staffs further informed us afterwards as well. On the next morning, a lady cleaner knocked our door and then broke into our room without permission or asking. She was talking in German which we couldn’t understand and she couldn’t talk with simple English either. It was 10:30 a.m. in the morning which the check out time is 11:00 a.m. Therefore, it is absolutely nonsense to break into our room without an acceptable explanation. This hotel certainly couldn’t provide the basic sense of security and privacy to their guests. Lastly, the hygiene is worrying. Hairs and stains were observed in our bed sheets. We suspect that the cleaning is very sloppy.

Zimmer Nr und pincode nicht erhalten, dass heisst total fehlgeschlagen. Schade

酒店位置比較遠，但是可以坐船，增加了一些樂趣。附近有好幾個超市，購物方便。 房間和床都很老了，導致隔音不好，床墊也太軟。
