Thank you Ivan for recommending the 2 apartments with limited steps for my elderly mom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breathtaking views over False Bay are awesome. Well located, clean and comfortable.

Neptune apartment: you have to conquer a very steep and narrow staircase to get to the apartment. Blackout curtains missing therefore there is light from the lamp right above the bedroom window and the morning sun.

If you love a stunning view over a beautiful bay, close enough to the beach to walk there and back, this is the perfect spot for you in Fish Hoek. The apartments are great but what impressed even more was the service. Simple WhatsApp communication meant efficient, effective service and nothing was too much trouble. I loved it there.

A clean, spacious self-catering apartment with a fantastic view of False Bay. A friendly host and cleaning staff. Cleaning and clothes washing and ironing done by the staff. Good internet and multi-channel T.V.

Property overlooks False Bay with magnificent sea views. Location is on a quiet street with easy access to amenities. Our apartment is ideally suited to a couple with a well fitted kitchen and with lounge and bedroom overlooking the sea.

Ivan was definitely the most caring host throughout our 3 weeks roadtrip along the cape. He frequently approached us via what’s app for tipps, load shedding schedules etc. So was the excellent support by the two angles Faith and Melody, who supported us with our laundry. The appartment was awesome and fully equipped. A strong recommend!!!

Had a lovely stay with my parents. Accommodation was clean, fresh & amazing views. Ivan, the host, is amazing and always available for requests, suggestions and the two ladies who service the apartments are friendly and eager to help. Was a very nice stay and will definitely be back. Only drawback is the parking - it is quite limited and if you have a big car it's a bit of a squeeze. But this was the only challenge and was manageable. The host, location and views more than made up for it!

My first thoughts as I walked down the stairs and onto the veranda, which ran the entire length of the floor we occupied, was "Wow, what a view". The view of False Bay was utterly amazing. The accommodation was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The beds in particular were very comfortable and the view from them was spectacular to say the least. Everything about these apartments worked so very well for us and we cannot wait to return for our next holiday. We were were very close to Kalk Bay which is a favorite haunt for my family. We loved the spacious lounge and especially the veranda which we used for breakfast each day while enjoying the spectacular sea view. The shops were only 5 minutes away and there were plenty of good restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the accommodation. The only problem I had was in one of our 2 units was a lack of hanging space in the wardrobe. I communicated this with the owner and he has said he will sort this out ASAP..

We stayed in the Penquin Apartment we were two adults and two teenagers and we were so comfortable The views overlooking False Bay were amazing. The apartment was well equipped for our needs. The beach is within walking distance and we enjoyed our morning walks along the beach. Parking is a consideration if all visitors don't park properly. The service was amazing thank you Faith and Melody for keeping it clean. Ivan thank you for a wonderful stay
