廊下が臭い。部屋は湿気がある。とにかく臭いです。古いホテルかな? ロビーは綺麗です。ビーチも良き。 ご飯はほとんどカレー風でした。ドライヤーは2分で消えます。そのあと5分したらまたつきます。 水圧は良き。お湯も出ます。

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff with a can-do attitude. Right on the beach overlooking turquoise blue lagoon. Lovely and refreshing swimming pool. Whilst the place is not a 5 star hotel, the customer service is 5 star under the great leadership of Mr Dave Bundhoo. My mum, sister and I enjoyed the lovely Serenity Spa. Ms Rekha was simply delightful. There's a great dive centre within 5 minute beach walk at La Pirogue. Will definitely be back here.

Pearle beach hotel is really recommended. All the staffs are really amazing and always with a great smile. The General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo is incredibly gentle and friendly. We had the opportunity to have a coffee together. We have really appreciate it. You make even ordinary moments feel extraordinary. We have really impressed with your ability towards your work. Thank you for your kindness. The F &b Manager Mr bhupen, Head Supervisor Julietta, and Mr Rampersad was very helpful, always with a smile, very friendly and very motivated. They are a valuable team with an positive attitude. We enjoyed our drinks in Cintronella bar with a splendid pool & sea view. The service was great. The bar man Mr Viraj and Emma is always ready to prepare and serve us our cocktails. We had go to sea fish and corals in bottom glass boat with Mr Abhishek the boatman. We has played petanque together with his team Mr Naiko and Mr Brandon also they explained to me how to play. They are very friendly and very helpful. We was really surprised and amazed as we got a very beautiful Cake with a sega dance to wish us happy anniversary. Our room was very delightful and spacious with a great sea view. Our bed was decorate with flowers, fruits platter and a bottle of champagne as it was our 1st wedding anniversary. We had a lovely, comfortable stay & excellent hospitality.

I stayed at this establishment from 6 to 25 July, room 309. I only have praise for this hotel and the staff, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The food is great, service excellent, room beautiful and all staff very friendly and always willing to help. Special mentions go to: Julietta with her always bright smile, Bhopal who always had time for a chat with me, Hans who proudly remembered my room number and was always quick to help, Santa who is a friend of a good friend of mine, Christabelle who was always glad to see me around, the staff at the bar = Patrick, Emma and Owen, always smiling and then Pushtika at the Spa, who has "magic" hands with her massages and facial. Without any doubt, I recommend this beautiful establishment. I felt very much at home here and am missing all dearly. Please keep up the good work and high standard of Pearle Beach. Now I am back to the cold winter weather of Namibia - to compare, this morning 8 degrees C here and 24 degrees in Flic en Flac. Missing the warm weather of Keep well and best regards Brigitte from Namibia

Lovely relaxing two week stay at the Pearle Beach Hotel and Spa in Mauritius. Can not thank the staff enough, we were always greeted with a smile and all were very friendly and welcoming. Patrick in the bar and Bhupen in the restaurant in particular are very knowledgeable about the area and would go out of their way to make sure we were having an enjoyable stay. The weekly meet the management night is a lovely touch as you get to know who's who and meet staff from behind the scenes. General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo is always on hand and very approachable and keen to help with any problems (we didn't have any) Food was lovely, not a vast choice but more than adequate with several options each meal including freshly cooked choices. The room was a good size, cleaned daily and well equipped with a large comfortable bed. Great location, on the beach (swim shoes advised as a little rocky in places and broken coral washes up on the shoreline) spectacular sunsets. Will definitely be back in a couple of years All in all a brilliant holiday in a truly wonderful place, thanks to each and every staff member for making our stay such a memorable one.

We are just back from an unforgettable two week stay at the Pearle Beach Hotel and Spa in Mauritius. We were a party of 11 people for the best part of our stay (family reunion). This hotel is a down to earth place in a corner of paradise. The location of the hotel is stunning, right on the beach. The staff are absolutely amazing - from Julietta and all the kitchen and waiter staff, Emma and Annecet in the bar, Joseph on the beach, the guys running the water activities, Christabelle teaching us creole and organising volleyball sessions, to mention just a few. Our son has food allergies and they went above and beyond to cater for him at dinner time. We had the best holiday and we will always remember our stay here with sincere fondness.

Me and my partner Jon have just returned from two amazing weeks in Mauritius. Firstly, the country is beautiful, loads to see and the people are very friendly. We stayed for two weeks all inclusive at the Pearle Beach and being a small hotel I was sceptical, however it was amazing. The staff in the restaurant especially Julietta, Sandhya, Vanessa and the manager Nitesh couldn’t do enough for you, they welcomed you with a smile every time and provided the best service. They made us feel comfortable and were so helpful, it’s nice to be in an hotel where the staff care so much about your stay. Also, special thanks to Kingsley and Rajesh for the best all inclusive food we’ve eaten across the world. They also provided us with special dishes to try which were incredible. We paid extra for a lobster dinner on the beach and the food was 5 star. The remaining staff in the restaurant were also lovely. Patrick, Emmanuel and Viraj at the bar provided some of the best cocktails and their service was impeccable. The hotel and rooms were always clean and if you needed something they were always happy to provide it. It was paradise for us and if you accept that the weather is tropical you’ll have an amazing time. The hotel offer free glass bottom boat and water sports like paddle boarding. We made great friends with the staff and can’t wait to come back to the hotel again in 2025. A message for the manager David, we look forward to seeing you all again next year - Jon and Michelle

my wife, my four year old son and I received from one of your receptionists, Teesha, during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our interactions with her left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. From the moment we checked in, Teesha exhibited a dismissive attitude. She rushed through the registration process and responded to my wife's inquiries with phrases like, "If you let me finish, I will tell you," which felt unprofessional and unkind. On another occasion, when I asked for a bottle opener for two glass Coke bottles I had brought in from a corner shop, Teesha sighed and called a bartender without informing me of what she was doing. A simple explanation would have made the experience much more pleasant. Additionally, when I inquired about a karaoke session during dinner, her reaction was one of confusion. While she eventually provided the start time, I had to ask for the end time, which seemed unnecessary. A more proactive approach in providing information would have been appreciated. Each time we entered or left the hotel, Teesha’s demeanor was unwelcoming; she often appeared indifferent and did not smile. After we made an initial complaint to another receptionist, we felt that it was misconstrued and became a topic among the staff, which only made our experience more uncomfortable. While we appreciate the extra attention we received afterward, it felt forced and insincere. While we had high expectations based on your 4-star rating, unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas. During a visit to the reception to inquire about Casela Zoo, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked what time the zoo opens, how far it is, the recommended time to leave, ticket prices, and how long it takes to explore the park. Teesha’s responses were short and lacked the detail I was hoping for, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, I encountered issues with the iron. While I understand there’s a 30-minute borrowing policy, it seemed excessive that staff were calling my room within 15-20 minutes and knocking on the door. This felt intrusive and made me question whether I was being treated fairly. Furthermore, the room telephone was not functional during my stay, and despite mentioning it several times, the issue remained unresolved. I also faced repeated problems with my room key card; it failed to work four times, despite my efforts to keep it away from mobile devices as instructed. The hotel itself felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. I noticed a lack of variety in the buffet options, and the presence of stray cats and birds scavenging for food was both concerning and unappetizing. Lastly, I observed that the luggage staff seemed to prioritize Mauritian and French guests, making our experience feel less valued. I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your staff members, Luqmaan, for his exceptional service during our recent stay.
