J'ai été dans cette hotel le 04 décembre 24, pour 2 nuits, je suis resté 17 jours tellement j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet hotel ainsi que par la gentillesse et le sérieux de son personnel. Je suis moi même hotelier à Cannes, et je n'ai que des compliments à faire pour cette établissement. le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, bravo, félicitations.

A warm welcome with a smile and enthusiasm at Reception/Lobby. Warm hospitable staff and very helpful. Room clean and smelling fresh. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast (good waiters). Walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach within metres of the hotel. Spa treatment was the best. Got a Bamboo message, which felt as if it was my first time getting a professional massage. Big up to Vedna (you exude tranquility and all the right energy around you). See you next time I am in Flic en Flac
I have been to Maradiva over 5times. This time was even more special. The service was 5+++, specially the “ WhatsApp / Butler service,”, you could ask Kanen anything and within minutes our requests were actioned with a smile. The food was created by one of the best chefs and sous chefs we have ever known. Thank you Maradiva for the “best in the world “ experience.

Non so cosa dire, se non GRAZIE a chi ci ha accolto a braccia aperte in questo residence modesto ma allo stesso tempo ricco di tutto ciò che serve. Il wifi funzionava perfettamente (anche se non ci interessava molto visto che eravamo in vacanza e non per lavoro), televisione funzionate ma mai guardata, tutto sempre pulito, colazione poco variabile ma sinceramente aveva tutto ciò che serviva per un inizio di giornata con le forze. il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, ci è rimasto nel cuore al punto che eravamo tutti tristi alla partenza e ci ha salutato dal taxi con una dolcezza infinita. Lo consiglio vivamente come soluzione per poter girare bene l'isola ed essere indipendenti. la piscina era stupenda, ma con quel mare non ci abbiamo mai fatto il bagno. la spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi così come il supermercato.

Отель с маленькими недочетами, но если не обращать на них внимание отдых пройдет хорошо. Месторасположение супер, все рядом. Море через дорогу, автобусная остановка в 50 метрах. За такую цену очень хорошо. Если вам надо пять звёзд это не сюда.

my wife, my four year old son and I received from one of your receptionists, Teesha, during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our interactions with her left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. From the moment we checked in, Teesha exhibited a dismissive attitude. She rushed through the registration process and responded to my wife's inquiries with phrases like, ”If you let me finish, I will tell you,” which felt unprofessional and unkind. On another occasion, when I asked for a bottle opener for two glass Coke bottles I had brought in from a corner shop, Teesha sighed and called a bartender without informing me of what she was doing. A simple explanation would have made the experience much more pleasant. Additionally, when I inquired about a karaoke session during dinner, her reaction was one of confusion. While she eventually provided the start time, I had to ask for the end time, which seemed unnecessary. A more proactive approach in providing information would have been appreciated. Each time we entered or left the hotel, Teesha’s demeanor was unwelcoming; she often appeared indifferent and did not smile. After we made an initial complaint to another receptionist, we felt that it was misconstrued and became a topic among the staff, which only made our experience more uncomfortable. While we appreciate the extra attention we received afterward, it felt forced and insincere. While we had high expectations based on your 4-star rating, unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas. During a visit to the reception to inquire about Casela Zoo, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked what time the zoo opens, how far it is, the recommended time to leave, ticket prices, and how long it takes to explore the park. Teesha’s responses were short and lacked the detail I was hoping for, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, I encountered issues with the iron. While I understand there’s a 30-minute borrowing policy, it seemed excessive that staff were calling my room within 15-20 minutes and knocking on the door. This felt intrusive and made me question whether I was being treated fairly. Furthermore, the room telephone was not functional during my stay, and despite mentioning it several times, the issue remained unresolved. I also faced repeated problems with my room key card; it failed to work four times, despite my efforts to keep it away from mobile devices as instructed. The hotel itself felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. I noticed a lack of variety in the buffet options, and the presence of stray cats and birds scavenging for food was both concerning and unappetizing. Lastly, I observed that the luggage staff seemed to prioritize Mauritian and French guests, making our experience feel less valued. I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your staff members, Luqmaan, for his exceptional service during our recent stay. The hotel staff were amazing and very welcoming. The food was exceptional and the hotel management really made an effort to help bring in the new year in style. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were always available to help with no matter what. I would definitely recommend this hotel. As a constructive criticism, maybe the hotel could make the carts more available for the eldely as walking from the room to the main hotel is very long - it's a massive hotel. Maybe some cart taxi's at certain times for people who are older and want to get around the hotel. But other than this our time at this hotel was just incredible. Thank you La Pirogue!

Pros - Overall was good and very comfortable. F&B service was magnificent and very accommodating. It was never too troublesome to provide special service to a solo traveller.
Cons - My last night was a scare due to a disturbance at my door around midnight. Although I was assured that it was a mistaken of room numbers by other hotel guests, I was still very disturbed to fall back to sleep. Which resulted my decision to not extend another night stay. Really a pity.
Отель безупречен во всем,семейного типа.Шикарные свободные номера,отличная косметика,которая обновляется каждый день Bulgari.Персонал услужливый ,запоминает предпочтения каждого.Очень приветливые,все оперативно делают,предвосхищая ожидания требовательного клиента.Территория зеленая небольшая,единственный минус это океан был с мутной водой ,огорожен крупным камнем .Мы снимали несколько номеров ,все остались довольны очень.Переехали в соседний отель,так как начинались уже дни командировки в 2-х км,Sugar Beach,океан прекрасен,длинная полоса пляжная ,огромная территория .А вот такого отношения клиентоориентированного нет,все тебя не замечают ,номерной фонд отаратный ,идет реконструкция отеля отдельных корпусов,стучат и им все равно на отдыхающих,сразу захотелось вернуться. Поэтому спасибо за радушный теплый прием! Мы вернемся обязательно на этот прекрасный остров и его западную часть- самую идеальную в части погоды. 😇
酒店的服務有失五星級酒店的水準:
1. 入住時男朋友讓工作人員領着他去認了一下洗手間、健身房在哪裡,被工作人員説他事多(男朋友英語不太好,可能工作人員覺得他聽不懂)。
2. 吃晚餐時向服務員要冰塊,一名叫Gopee的服務員不給。
3. 晚上想泡一杯泡麪,去餐廳問有沒有熱水,兩個工作人員都告訴我吧枱咖啡機可以打熱水,突然Gopee出現在我身後(進餐廳時並沒有看到他,也沒有問他,不知道為什麼他會知道有人想打熱水),不讓我用咖啡機接熱水,原因是“the coffee machine is too fragile for hot water”。
4. 很多服務員喜歡説“you are not allowed…”,讓人不舒服,我花很多錢住度假酒店還需要處處be allowed to do sth?
5. 總之,酒店的位置離追鯨碼頭和鳥公園非常近,且sugar beach是附近酒店中最貴的一家,才選擇的這家酒店,我會期望這樣的酒店可以有相對令人滿意的服務,不可否認酒店還是有非常熱情、態度好的員工,但是總體而言,相比於我住過的很多同等級別的酒店,這家店的服務是我體驗過最差的。我們這次也住了大灣麗世,相比而言lux的服務會好太多。
酒店管理混亂:
1.餐廳不讓自帶飲料不直説,拐彎抹角的,且餐廳的服務員很多都不知道餐廳的規定:在sugar beach住了三天,晚餐的時候會自己帶想喝的飲料,入住時以及前兩天用餐時,很多服務員看到我們的飲料,但從未有人告訴我們晚餐不可以自帶飲料。最後一天突然被告知“no plastic on the table”(因為飲料是用塑料瓶裝的)。我們問其他服務員,是否有“no plastic on the table”的規定,其他服務員均表示沒聽過這種規定,最後問餐廳經理,餐廳經理先説確實有餐廳不能使用塑料的規定,因為公司的“環保要求”,我説那我帶玻璃瓶的飲料是不是就可以了,餐廳經理才説餐廳不可以自帶飲料,且我不可以在我的房間外的任何地方享用自帶酒水。我可以理解餐廳的“環保要求”以及希望通過酒水獲得更多營收,但應該提前告知不可以自帶酒水,而且可以直接説明,而不是先用“no plastic on the table”這樣的理由告訴我不能喝自己的飲料,最後層層詢問才告訴最終原因是餐廳不允許自帶飲料。
2.穿無袖的衣服進入餐廳被要求回房間換衣服(入住時就已經告知,我們也理解,第一天忘記了,我們直接回去換了衣服,後面再也沒有穿過無袖進餐廳),但是用餐的時候還是能看到其他人穿無袖在餐廳用餐。
其他:
1. 酒店的瓶裝水非常難喝,喝起來味道像tap water
2. 吃飯的時候蒼蠅有點多,而且會有鳥搶食物(海島蟲多可以理解,但是依舊有很多酒店可以把蟲子治理的很好;鳥的問題,餐桌上還好,自己注意點就好了,但是看到有鳥飛到餐枱區,直接吃餐枱區的麪包,還是有點不衞生)
3. 晚上有很多蝙蝠
