This is one of the too few Family-owned and run places that I know of. Have been going here for many, many years. It could be considered my "second home." Always treated so very well! Super clean, well situated, fine amenities! My main objection is the evening meal: I wish there was as much imagination shown in the main course as there is in the vorspeise (appetizer) and the dessert. One gets rather bored with Graubunden cuisine EVERY Tuesday, fish EVERY Friday, and Wild EVERY Saturday, The chef is very talented and has a much better repertoire than what is presented. Would like to see some additional items at breakfast, too - Danish-style pastries, muffins, a larger or more varied selection of dry cereals, for examples
