Hotel berhampiran Francioni S.N.C, Florence

It is very good option to stay in Florence. Even though I stayed in a room with 8 beds, it was very comfortable. Clean, very nice, recommended. The location and cleanliness are very good. I can say that I wish I had stayed here for both nights.

Have been travelling around Europe and stayed in around 11 hostels now and this was easily the worst. Stayed in a 4 person dorm. The hospitality from the staff left much to be desired. The bathroom door in the SHARED dorm did not lock which is surely a basic necessity. Basic levels of cleanliness are not maintained in this hostel. The supposedly clean room had smeared bogeys in the bed, hairs everywhere, dust, suspicious sticky stains, stained sheets with holes in them, a blocked shower drain and a dirty shower, a toilet that didn’t flush properly and an odd smell throughout. The building also has no soundproofing whatsoever I could hear the person in the next room breathing. We were also unfortunately staying during karaoke night and could very clearly hear all the words to ‘Do they know it’s Christmas’ in September whilst trying to sleep (with earplugs in). Absolutely would never come back.

位置很好，步行就可到那幾個景點，廣場附近很多大牌的店，房間布置也很nice，打破了我對非全球酒店的片麪認識。可以推薦。

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. 地點一流，環境很好，早餐舒服，服務絕對，這間酒店真的找不出差的地方，我也很喜歡。 但設施方面讓人覺得不舒服，儘管業主應該很有誠意。空調系統好像花了不少錢，但客人不能自己控制，每次需要聯絡前台，啟動也是很慢很慢，讓人覺得麻煩。廁所的燈亮得讓人炫目，夜裡上個廁所應該就睡不着了。 房間有蟲，我看到了電蚊香，但感覺應該不是臭蟲，住了兩晚 幸好沒發現身上癢的問題。 前台服務員辦理入住手續，辦完了就送你進房間，呵呵，感覺怪怪的，如果酒店、房間設施就中規中矩 不需要這樣服務吧。房間窗簾也是怪 最外層就是拉一半，呵呵，造型別致。衣櫥也是怪。 第一次點評酒店這麼糾結，總體挺好的，但感覺到很多地方有點奇怪。於是退了最後一晚住宿，換去其他酒店

還可以，實在找不到住的了，勉強住住，千萬不要留重要的東西在房間裏，櫃子無法上鎖

I had problems trying to find a hotel in Florence at short notice and ended up booking a room at this hotel. First I should explain that this hotel is on the second and third floor of a building. I was given a room by the stairs, which by the way are made of wood I think, so the noise of people going up and down was terrible. There is a lift, but it will only take you from the ground floor to the reception, so if you have a suitcase and you are given a room on the third floor, you have to drag it up the stairs, near to where my room was. My room was big enough, with 2 single beds, and a bathroom almost the same side of the room, painted in red! and very dark, even with the light on. The room and bathroom were clean and my linen and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, cheese, cold meat, etc. Unfortunately the reception area was dirty. There are 2 or 3 settees with a material cover, which has not been washed for some time. The location of this hotel is excellent. 15 mns to the Duomo and 30 mns to the Ponte Vecchio. The guys at the reception were very helpful, polite and one of them, on the night shift, (regrettably I did not ask his name) never stopped smiling. Great service. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes but make sure you are giving a room away from the stairs.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Cathedral/ historical city. The hotel has parking space available that needs to be booked in advance. We had big room with view on the garden. It was quite, nice and clean. The room we had has also kitchenette. If next time in Florence I will first try to book room in this hotel.
