Ulasan Rivoli Boutique Hotel

I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station. We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.

What’s a pleasant surprise! My hubby and I thought it’s going to be a predictable and ordinary hotel but we were proven wrong. The location is about 10 mins away from the train station. Our stay at Hotel Rivoli was definitely one of the most memorable and value for money we have had in Italy, given the cleanliness, the amenities provided and friendliness of staff. Our room has a small veranda which we had made it a point to have a relaxing glass of wine every night. The hotel is also currently having lovely Christmas seasons exhibits for school children.

Had an extra person last minute so one of us was asked to leave the hotel late at night and try to find another one. We were also made to change to a bigger room from the second day on. Hotel itself is ok with nice furnishings and spacious rooms. We didn’t get much help with booking hotels/changing rooms, and the reception wasn’t very polite. Located in busy, noisy, dirty, touristy area but at least it was close to the station.

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous garden and a hot tub heated year round- great way to relax after a day of walking everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The walls are thin though so you will hear everything so fingers crossed you have quiet neighbours

Really my favorite hotel even the room was small but all amenities and bed are so comfortable and usually you won’t stay too much in the room whenever I came back in Florence, the breakfast is amazing and the service is always good not to mention the location is really close to the station and all the attractions in center

Absolutely brilliant hotel at an amazing location. The grotto del Leo restaurant beside it is fabulous.

This is a good place to take care of your camera before you stay. You'll have to press the shutters from the sculpture behind the front desk, the small garden in the center of the hotel, to the interior of the restaurant where you can read magazines and newspapers. There is also Sky Juice (Lemon Water), which is provided for free in front of the elevator. It's a little ambiguous whether the small bar is a place to drink coffee or enjoy cocktails, but the atmosphere is still good. The pillow is impressive in the room. Let's not expect much space. We offer free drinks on the first day, but we didn't get free drinks every day just because we stayed for three consecutive days. Sensitive people will feel the floor is uneven. If you drop something on the floor, it will keep rolling in one direction. So the doors don't exactly engage. Windows have to be lucky to open. Unfortunately, I didn't see the garden but only the wall. The bathroom gives the impression of making the most of the space, and the shower and shower booth are factors that negatively affect the hotel. Since the front desk is not looking at the front door, you will have to look around to be welcomed. You can't control the heating at will in the room. If it's cold, you have to call the front desk, and you should be lucky to use hot water early in the morning. The inside is more beautiful than the outside, but not everyone is the best.

The hotel is very well decorated with Christmas spirit! The staffs are all very nice and helpful! The room is spacious and neat. There is also a small swimming pool in the hotel. But the hotel is quite old so some facilities are worn.

Lovely surprise of a hotel off of a side street, very close to the train station in Florence. My little single room was perfect, and the windows opened onto the courtyard; I like fresh air in night. Very close to everything, lovely staff. I sat at the bar drinking Campari spritz and writing. The barman played beautiful mellow and evocative music. I made friends with other travellers

Beautiful place to stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants locally and walking distance to everything, will stay again for sure. Breakfast was amazing everyday and staff were super friendly.

The location is very nice which is nice the train station. And the room is quite clean

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rivoli. We loved the unique and classy decor and atmosphere. It felt like an old world Italian hotel. The room was small but well spaced out. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. In addition the hotel was in an incredible location. Close to the train station but also just a 5-10 minute walk from many of the main tourist sties in Florence. My only gripe would be the size of the bathroom.

The room is next to the jacuzzi, it’s really nice, but window and lighting is not so great.
