Nice hotel, best location possible in Firenze. Chill atmosphere in the lobby, friendly and professional staff at the desk. Spacious room with nice bathroom. Varied breakfast, nice roof terrace available.
We would choose this hotel again.

Travel with my wife and hotel is cheap price, fantastic location to easy access many tourist spot.

我2024年1月24日入住,由於到達時間較早尚未到check-in時間,因此將行李寄存在前台先行外出游完。傍晚我回到酒店進行check-in時,寄存在前台保管的行李不翼而飛,然後酒店前台員工一無所知。這家酒店真的是太不安全了!!!!!!!!!!
更加讓人氣憤的是:因為是酒店全責,酒店經理(Simone Fatig)承諾會妥善處理做出補償。但由於是他們是連鎖酒店,因為需要走公司內部流程。我輕信了他的謊言。從我的行李被偷到現在已經快2個月,這家酒店的回覆要麼是走公司內部流程,要麼是在等保險公司回覆。我再三重申酒店和保險公司之間的關係和我沒有關係。之後有個來自legal department的人(Carlo Lorenzo Hanke)在2024年2月21日很官方的給我發了個email説保險公司需要大約10天才能夠有回覆。 然而到今天,2024年3月11日,依然沒有任何迴音。甚至連我發郵件問10天是從哪天開始算的郵件都未做回覆。這家酒店太不負責任了。
I have never seen such an unsafe and irresponsible hotel. I strongly advise everyone not to choose this hotel. I checked in on January 24, 2024. Since I arrived early before the check-in time, I left my luggage at the front desk and went out for sightseeing. When I returned to the hotel in the evening to check-in, my luggage that was kept at the front desk had been stolen, and the hotel staff didn't notice it. This hotel is truly unsafe!!!!!!!!
What makes me even more furious is that, since it is the hotel's full responsibility, the hotel manager (Simone Fatige) promised to handle the situation properly and provide compensation. However, due to being a chain hotel, they claimed to follow internal company procedures. I believed their lie. It has been almost two months since my luggage was stolen, and the hotel's responses have been either citing internal procedures or waiting for the insurance company's reply. I have reiterated multiple times that their relationship with the insurance company is not my concern. Later, a person from the legal department (Carlo Lorenzo Hanke) sent me an email on February 21, 2024, stating that the insurance company would take approximately 10 days to respond. However, until today, March 11, 2024, I have not received any updates. They haven't even responded to my email asking about the starting date of the 10-day period. This hotel is extremely irresponsible.
