Good location near other places in the city. Staff was friendly. Room was a nice size. Overall would return!

很古老 但是景色很好 可以直接看到大教堂

位置很好，離火車站很近，拉着行李步行很方便。離中餐館很近，房間舒適。床是典型歐洲的雙人床，比國內的窄。

What is lovely hotel not far from the station in Florence. It was recently renovated. The staff were very friendly, when we arrived early. We left our luggage and on return, it was already taken to our rooms. The room was very comfortable and also very soundproof, in order for us to get a good night's rest. The bathrooms are very new and we had a lovely shower. Also check-out was very easy . We had to leave early and the staff were ready for us.

Walking distance to the main train station and accessible to the tourist attractions. The hotel Is located at 2nd floor, sharing lift with other hotels in the same building. We were assigned a triple room which can easily fit a family of 3-4. There was an issue with the bathroom, the staff tried to address it quickly though it couldn’t be resolved.

Just around the corner from the train station and near plenty of food places and supermarkets. The hotel is just seven rooms on the second floor of an old building shared by other lodgings. The lift is ancient but works. The receptionist explained everything well but we were surprised to find that the tourist tax was €12 rather than the €9 that Booking had said. And the breakfast that had been offered on the site was not available because, he said, of lack of demand. Our room was small but had a high ceiling with big windows overlooking the street (so it was light), a free minibar, a safe, and a nice rainforest shower. However, there were water marks on the wall, a toilet that had to be pressed twice for the cistern to stop flowing, and a new looking aircon unit that made a strange humming noise throughout the night. Although they’ve tried their best to dull the noise from outside with new windows, you can still hear a bit from the busy street below. Nevertheless it was very clean, the location was great and it was fine for a night. We had room 7. The receptionist was very nice, letting us stay on and use the WiFi to do some planning. 10am checkout time!

Rooms, very nice, spotless and I mean spotless. Rooms comfy, very modern. Great big shower with rain shower head. Small balcony, you can open the window to enjoy the city noises and get some fresh air. Breakfast nice, you have to take your food to your room to eat but that is ok. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great location, Close to the railway station Close to the city centre and all the amenities.

We stayed at Hotel Ester for one night with our family. I have never in my life been treated with such rudeness at a hotel. The man with dark, curly hair at reception made my whole family feel unwelcome. You should seriously consider changing jobs. Stay away from this hotel. There are so many other ones in this area that will treat you with more grace.

This is excellent location 4 min from Santa Maria train station and most sites are a walking distance. The staff is very helpful and my room was clean and quiet. They provided a kettle, hair dryer, free tea and coffee sachets, a water bottle and some snack, they also store luggage. The check is 2 PM and chcek out 10 AM, an hour less from other hotels. They have a lift so it’s very convenient. I would recommend this hotel

We stayed here on an Intrepid tour. Probably my favourite hotel on this tour, especially in Italy. It is in close proximity of mercato, street markets and lots of restaurants. Our room was at the back and far from the noisy street. Our concierge went above and beyond by not only doing our washing that we paid for, but hung it out on a hoist in our room. I initially wasn’t sure how I felt about that but decided it was a favour and was very helpful.
