Ulasan Hotel Mirage

Hôtel a son propre parkings un plus mais il est pas tout proche des transports public env 10-15 min et env 20-30min en bus pour être sur le site historique de Florence L'hôtel est calme

房間還可以 電梯很老 早餐很差 唯一的優勢就是有專屬停車場 夠大 免費 別的硬件設施真是不太匹配星級酒店了 太老了

Un hôtel très correct. Le service très gentil et très à l'écoute.

住宿還是比較方便，靠近機場，趕早班飛機，所以趕過去還是比較方便。

Non è un 4 stelle. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è decisamente inadeguata per un quattro stelle. Aria condizionata non efficace.

客房很乾凈，但是我訂的客房是19平方米，但是到了感覺沒有那麼大，而且我訂的是雙人床但是到了發現是兩張單人床拼起來的

停車方便 房間乾淨

Needs a lot of updating. The all the staff members were AMAZING and friendly though and the location was good for getting to the airport!

This was a 2-star hotel disguising itself as a 4-star hotel. Besides the proximity to the airport, there are not many positives about this hotel. The AC was not working and we were not able to keep the windows open because the window lacked a screen so the bugs were coming into the room in swarms. The decor was uninspiring and sterile. The staff was friendly enough.

Building is very old. A/C didnt work, shower got boiling hot anytime someone in the surrounding rooms used water. Keycards open any room apparnelty because 2 separate people unlocked our rooms on us.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were ok. The carpets are in need of cleaning. The rest of the room was clean. The restraunt was fantastic!

It was strange to check in to the Mirage Hotel and then be driven to the Nil hotel about 10 minutes away. But the NIL Hotel was great.

Hotel is old and very dated. It needs a major refresh. Room was ok and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee machine produced unacceptably bad coffee. In Italy that just can’t happen!
