Kakitangan yang sangat baik, sangat membantu dan mengalu-alukan.
Bilik itu lapang, ringkas dan bersih. Lokasi itu benar-benar menakjubkan! Di tengah-tengah Florence! Secara harfiah di tangga pintu Duomo.
Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi!

酒店位置距離中央火車Firenze Santa Maria Novella，拖着行李差不多要行15分鐘，沿途都非常多商店是熱鬧的地帶，酒店地點就正正在聖母百花大教堂對面，位置便利。
酒店是細規模，在一棟大廈入面，只佔一層，大幾十多間房吧
我們今次入住的房間很整潔，而窗口望出去是對着後巷，工作人員都好有禮貌，整體來說很滿意。

立地がよく、スタッフの方もとても親切でした！
無料のコーヒーマシンがあって嬉しかったです。
暖房の効きが少し弱く、ちょっと寒かったですが
またぜひ利用したいです。

The location was the best. Our room was very clean and small;) but it had everything we needed. It was noisy at times but nothing we could not handle except every morning at 7 we had the basilica bells waking us up.

Great location but due to being right next to duomo it was very noisy at night. The bed wasn’t too comfortable but overall great stay for the price and the staff was very professional and helpful. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this hotel.

Our second 10 day stay. After many trips previous and a few other hotels. - Hotel Costantini is the only place we would stay from
Now on. Will even change dates if necessary based on availability. The staff are phenomenal !!! The rooms , bathrooms and showers are huge for Europe. Security is top notch and you can’t beat the location. The absolute best of all .

We go to Florence 2-3 times a year. This trip was the best of the best. Of everywhere we have stayed, Hotel Costantini was the absolute best ! Andres and Julie were phenomenal !! Always greeted when you come and go , informative and the most friendly host. I can’t imagine we would ever stay anywhere else now. Thank you all , you made our trip fantastic

About ten steps from the from the hotel and you are on the plaza with the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. For location it really can't be beat. Despite that it really is a rather budget friendly option. But don't expect luxury.

Nice hotel, good staff. They arranged for an early check-in for us which was nice. Rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is quiet even though it is on the road near the busy Duomo sqaure. Location is great, walkable to Duomo and other attractions. You can see top the Duomo tower and cathedral from the room. Front desk is available during day. Many hotels don't have front desk and no staff on site.

The location is very good but the noise from being in the center of Florence is terrible, the bars around you and people shouting, the windows do not have any noise insulation. We would rather lose what we paid and go to another hotel. If you are young and looking for that adventure, you are definitely in the ideal hotel, not recommended for families or if you are looking to spend the entire night after a tired day from walking a lot.

The hotel was a perfect Italian experience. We were located downtown at the Duomo, within walking distance of museums, dining, shopping, and the train station. The hotel staff was very accommodating, could not have asked for a better first-time experience to Florence!

The hotel was within steps of the Duomo, shopping, restaurants, etc. You can't beat it for location.
It was, however, a bit noisy due to loud visitors on the street below so it would not be ideal for a person who is bothered by noise. The hotel is actually on the second or third floor of a very modest and a bit tired building which was unexpected. The staff, however, were so very pleasant and accommodating. We had a twin bedroom which was quite small but very clean and had the normal amenities including a mini fridge. I would happily stay at the hotel again when in Florence but noise is not a bother to me.
