Hotel Por Santa Maria

This hotel is centrally located, on the fourth floor and the elevator works! We enjoyed the concert at the Piazza della Signoria, just around the corner from the hotel. Ines made us feel like we were special guests in a home. The room was clean, the aircon worked, the pillows and towels were fluffy.

I had such a lovely stay here. I initially had booked through *********** however due to some issues in changing dates I ended up booking directly with the hotel. Ines was lovely and accommodating, and communicated frequently to make sure everything was in order. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom, but I didn’t even see anyone else in the bathrooms at the same time! It was quiet at night, with the exception of a little conversation but it doesn’t attract young party people so it isn’t a hostel environment I felt safe- perfect for solo female traveller as it was just off a super busy street and well lit at night time. Aircon worked fabulously, and every morning they came to tidy my room and replaced towels every two days. The single bed is small but for a solo traveller who spent most of the day out and about it’s perfect to just pass through, sleep, freshen up and leave. A little bit of noise outside of the hotel at night but normal due to it being off a busy street. Location was overall perfect - 200m walk to ponte Vecchio, close to the galleries and cathedrals and central to hundreds of restaurants. My flight from Florence to Ámsterdam wasn’t until 6pm so even though check out was at 11, they even let me come back, use the bathroom to shower, freshen up and held my bags till I left. If I find myself solo in Florence again, I will stay here again for sure :)

Piccolo hotel centralissimo. Ottima posizione a due passi da tutto. Spazi e servizi sono quelli di un hotel a 1 stella ma la gentilezza dei titolari è da 5 stelle! Bagno minuscolo ma con una doccia nuovissima. Ambienti puliti e, cosa molto gradita, due cuscini di diversa tipologia tra cui scegliere. Un piccolo consiglio. Se possibile, mettere dei profumatori d'ambiente nelle camere con delle fragranze delicate perché l'umidità dell'edificio antico in cui si trova si fa un po' sentire all'ingresso in camera.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti con mio marito, ci siamo trovati benissimo, in primis per l'eccellente posizione, praticamente piazza delle signorie, vicinissimo a tutte le maggiori attrazioni di Firenze. Materasso comodissimo, camera piccolina ma accogliente e pulita, ci sono ciabatte di cortesia e un bollitore per una tisana, fuori dalla camera bottigliette d' acqua a 50 centesimi ( comoda ed economica ). I proprietari molto cortesi , ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli fino alla partenza. Veramente nulla da ridire ci ritornerei sicuramente grazie a questo hotel abbiamo visitato Firenze in relax .

Posizione centralissima, nel vicolo di fronte il Palazzo Vecchio, e consente l’arrivo in pochi minuti a tutte le attrazioni più importanti. Personale molto gentile. Stanza accogliente, un po’ piccola ma ottima per un weekend per due persone.

In posizione super strategica ma non troppo caotica, a due passi da piazza della signoria e l antico mercato. Adatto alle famiglie, personale super gentile e disponibile. Se tornerò a Firenze, so già dove andare. :))))))))))))))))))))))(
