The location is great, rooftop space for breakfast is excellent. And staff Lorenzo is by far the best hotel staff I have had in Italy, he was very kind and supportive.

Location is really great and the beds are comfortable. i think thats about it. The complete hotel is on the 4th floor with the room having a damp smell and the bathroom extremely small. Apart from that the hotel didnt provide us parking even though we said we had entered the ZTL zone. Why would you open a hotel in the ZTL zone if you arent providing the parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of the unwillingness of the staff to help you

我們住了兩晚，出門就是中心，很適合來佛羅倫薩逛吃的朋友。裝修風格很復古，早餐超級豐盛，還可以拿個託盤端樓上露台酒吧吃。晚上跟朋友在露台喝點小酒，毗鄰聖母百花大教堂，俯瞰佛羅倫薩夜景着實是種享受。

위치는 정말. 최고최고!! 테라스에서 보는 두오모와 피렌체전경은 예술이었습니다^^ 화장실은 조금의 청결이 더 필요했지만 문제되지는 않을 정도입니다! 직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 시설도 적당합니다!

半夜房間出現還幾個蚊子，嚴重影響睡眠和感覺。第二天又反映給總枱，但也沒來檢查也沒給我換房間。後來我仔細找原因，就是清潔或以前住客打開窗户後沒有再關緊，本人入住時候總枱服務人員沒有給予提示或提醒注意，服務不到位。此外淋浴的空間非常狹小，很不舒服。 唯一可讚的是酒店所處位置和天台上眺望的效果。此外所謂全景房並沒有想象的景色。 想來體驗天台望教堂的遊人，上面的意見可供參考。

位置絕佳！很安靜，前台接待很熱情。酒店的裝飾也很有品味。早餐也很豐富，下次機會光顧！

Very safe, clean, and convenient place to stay. Our entire group enjoyed our stay; we would absolutely stay here again. My only suggestion for guests would be to learn how to use bidet because they run low on TP. 😂

Very small space, very small! But ok for a couple of nights in the heart of Florence for one person. I didn’t like that check in was on 4th floor - nothing stopping anyone from coming in. And a lot of people stopping in entrance when it rained. Check in and staff were always friendly. Itty bitty lift but it did the job. You are going to hear the noise (the church bells!) but that’s part of being in Firenze! Great location close to all of the highlights plus restaurants and a great gelato place across the alley.

Great location, great view from room. Great view from rooftop bar, a little expensive for drinks up there. Decent breakfast you can eat on the rooftop in the morning. Friendly staff, good price for the area. Nothing fancy it’s old but nice.

The best view of il duomo form their terrace in all of Florence-simply unbeatable. Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. My reservation came with breakfast included and not your typical continental breakfast- not just toast or a croissant and coffee. Eggs, fruit, juices, espresso machine,cold cuts, cereal, toast, croissants, yoghurt. -wonderful breakfast and a great way to start the day. Staff got me a taxi service to the airport after my check out.

Excellent location, fabulous views from rooftop bar, good continental breakfast and great service.
