The hotel is close to the city center, which is very convenient for walks. The staff is polite and very friendly. Upon learning it was my first time in Florence, they gave me a tourist map and informed me about the sights, even drawing a convenient route for me. At my request, they printed out a concert ticket. The room was warm. I made tea using my own water heater, so the absence of a kettle wasn't an issue. Breakfast was perfectly fine, just like at most hotels. The hotel definitely undersells itself with its star rating; it could easily be a 3-star.

The shower in the room was broken, the doors did not close and the shower head did not work, otherwise it was fine, the breakfast was good

Great location - quick walk to il Duomo/Uffizi and S Marco public transport stops are right outside. The room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Would book again :) Rooftop also has a great city view

A quiet neighbourhood not far from the train station. Room spacious and clean, but pity that no tea/coffee making facility inside. Breakfast very good and not expensive. Dennis at the front desk very nice and friendly, he gave advice and answered my various questions about sightseeing and travel in Firenze, thank you very much. Very nice view of Firenze at terrace and breakfast room on 4th floor, and guess thus the name Hotel Panorama.

We booked a double bed room, but the room is extremely small for a queen size bed. Only one side of the bed you can get on the bed. I had to wake up my wife to get off the bed to wash room during the night. Definitely not recommend for a couple to stay. 房间太小，一张Queen尺寸的床有一边靠着墙，睡在里边的人晚上要上厕所得叫醒旁边的人。实在不方便，房间太小了。

There is strong disgusting odour in the bathroom, staff pulled some chemical liquid in the sewer that change to other smells. Second day the owner said to fix the problem, then the odour came back again at night, the hotel owner knows the problem, and let room for customers still, that is why there is an uncontrollable bathroom fan permanently run . This is unfair that collects customers money and let them suffering .

Booked this for a friend. It's a small place, but the location is great – very convenient for walking to the art museum.

For a short stay at a budget price, it is ok. We saw the cleaner cleaning everything, but the room was still a bit smelly.

A good option for a stay in Florence. The downsides relate to check-in; you can't check in after a certain time. This policy would be understandable if it weren't for the fact that there's always someone at the front desk 24/7. After a certain hour, the main door is locked, and you have to ring a bell to get back in. You also have to leave your keys at reception every time you leave the hotel. While this is understandable since they are physical keys, if you're a private person who values discretion, it's not ideal, as it gives you a vague feeling of being monitored. As I said, it's a good option, but it could be better. This could be achieved with electronic key cards or temporary codes that allow guests to open the main door – something other hotels in Florence already do. This would give guests a much better experience, creating a clearer "at home" feeling. It would also lighten the load and reduce frustration for the night staff, as guests would only need to ring if they lost their code or electronic card.

Hotel location is close to the Florence train station. Also it is easier to walk center of Florence. There isn’t elevator in 5th floor. So we have to go 4th floor with elevator, then we use stairs to get our floor. Hotel personal was friendly and helpful. We arrive hotel before check-in time and they let us to store our luggage in hotel.

Spectacular terrace with Duomo view, worth the price. The breakfast is very simple with not many options than pastries

The view from the window and terrace is worth a million—it's worth booking just for that! The room is spacious and clean, and the decor in both the room and the hotel itself is very pleasant and creative. The bathroom smells of cleaning products, but for us, that's actually a plus.

Excellent central hotel with on-site parking at a great price. The breakfast room offers a view of the cathedral. I highly recommend it.
