Lovely stay indeed, staff have been very helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the lush environment and quiet ambience, away from the historic town but a short taxi away. The silk tour was definitely a plus, highly recommended!

Definitely recommend Mulberry, it is close to old town yet not too close, very convenient to get Grab and there are also shuttle buses to old town or beach. The entire ambience of the place is top notch, love the beautiful timeless decoration and design. It is well kept and clean, the staff are polite. The room is big and bed very comfortable. I have a lil balcony overlooking the pool, which is very comfortable and relaxing. There is also an adequate gym, 2 swimming pools, and good variety of breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a place in Hoi An, honestly, look no further. Mulberry resort is a good one.

I had a very relaxed and wonderful stay at Mulberry. Excellent services. Breakfast is fabulous. A great outdoor pool. Walking to Hoian village just within nice walking distance.

The swimming pool is nice and the hotel is pretty, but the pregnant staff at the front desk is really unfriendly, and the hotel's image gets worse because of that staff. Of all the people I met in Vietnam, the hotel staff were the most unfriendly. There is an urgent need for staff training. 한국분들 여기 가성비 나쁘지 않습니다. 그랩 타고 안방비치까지 40000동 나왔어요. 그런데 생각보다 수영장 크지는 않고 깊이는 깊어서 깊은곳 좋아하시는 분들은 추천드려요. 그리고 조식은 정말 먹을거 없었어요. 또 샤워필터 10분만에 갈색이 되는 수질을 가졌습니다잉^^ 일단 직원들 다 불친절함 사람 앞에 두고 자기들끼리 히덕히덕 거리고 웃는 얼굴도 본적이 없음. 여행에서 불친절하면 개빡치는데 여기 불친절해서 절대 비추천 돈 조금 더 주고 다른데 가세요.

This Hotel is the best Hotel around Hoi An area. They serve Mulberry Drink as a Welcome Drink.

A fantastic stay - had everything we needed, and was a little oasis of calm. The pillows were incredible, and the service was amazing. We had a wonderful afternoon at the spa and the complimentary silk tour was very interesting.

Nice hotel, sound is quite thin though between rooms, AC not fully working but good it wasn’t too hot. Nice pools, shuttle service, and informative silk tour.

It’s a hidden heaven in Hoi An . The hotel have everything you will ask for . Plus the shuttle service takes you around when you get bored from the hotel and come back when you get bored outside . 3 days is a must stay there . Best relaxing I have ever done

Messed up on our room. We booked a garden view was given a city view. Upon arrival, the staff seemed stressed. Service was not as expected. Food was ok. For the price we paid, I could do better at GRAND SUNRISE, cleaner & big better rooms and impeccable service, great foods!

Overall my stay is fine without big isssue, but guest service is lower than our expectation Room is nice, clean, big. but my twin joined beds brings me bad expericence Pool clean, big enough, but drink of pool bar must improve / BF have choices but taste is just so so

A rather soulless place...and although quiet, it's just a little bit too far out from the main action to walk. Hard to find too many faults though...has a kinda Raffles Colonial vibe...feels new...and is clean. Breakfast buffet very good. Solid gym. Staff formal and efficient...but the place lacks a bit of joy overall. A fellow guest was getting charged for "dirtying a face towel" as we were leaving. My partner said: "it feels a bit 'communist'"... which is a nice sum up. Certainly one for any shortlist though.
