Ulasan Plus Florence

This is undoubtedly one of the best hostels I have stayed in in Italy and I’ll tell you what happened. Basically I was quite late to check in and checked in only at around 6:45 pm in the evening and initially the room I was offered had only upper beds left and all the lower berths had been occupied. Gaia at the reception was so kind  she actually looked up all the rooms available and suggested after almost looking up for 30 minutes as to where she could place me as I did not want to sleep on an apple bed she gave me another room which was room number 13 and I had originally booked for an eight bedroom but I paid a little bit extra to get into this four bedroom and I was very happy because the room was speaking span. There was ample space and bathroom and toilet was separate which meant it could be used by two people at the same time, conveniently, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush and the plug points were very ideally placed! I loved staying here and even paid €10 for a very fancy breakfast! I’d love to come here again.

It is a very fair deal foe the price we paid. Very eficient and friendly staff at front desk For a shared room,ot would be nice to have a socket outlet at each bed and working bed head light

The room layout is very scientific, like a student apartment, many public facilities can be used, the ground floor courtyard is also very large, can chat and eat there, very satisfied with the stay!

Very nice place to stay! They have clean rooms, helpful and friendly stuff and different extra activities like a swimming pool, bar, rooftop space and so on. I would recommend to add a breakfast to your booking because it’s fresh and delicious.

Good installations and good location. About the customer service, it depends with who you deal at the reception desk.

Little single room was good enough. I had quiet night and good sleep. Location was good too easy to catch transportation!

Totally regretting choosing this place because of budget, as for solo travellers, it will be a huge waste to get a room, now it is a HUGE regret. However, just like some Google review (I saw after booking) said you are getting college dorm experience if you book this place. Which is very accurate, you have no privacy in the place not even a linen or curtain, at night the place is full of mosquitoes and bugs, I was keep bitten by them in the middle of night, It is acceptable that they don’t have air conditioner, but you barely get any air in your room. The check-in is till 3 pm. I think it is also acceptable that they have no early check-in and I think I waited for two hours (min is 30mins i think) to get checked in, it was a rainy day and everybody is waiting, which was chaotic and everyone lost their patience with the situation, go somewhere else and this is walkable from but not so close the the station either.

The location seas not so far, can go to the tourist spot by walk for 15 to 20 mins. There are supermarkets nearby n the facilities are quit nice.

It is a youth hostel, therefore it is noisy, the staff are trying there best but the turnaround was really busy.

Very suitable for solo travel. Super good location, easy to walk around. I think you should offer free luggage storage service instead of charging 3 euros.
