Great location right across from the train station! Daniele at check-in was incredibly helpful and welcoming, even assisting with my dinner reservations. Thanks to Matteo for confirming the bookings via WhatsApp!

Super convenient location just few mins walk from central station. The hotel staffs are friendly and lucky us, the room is ready when we reached. Check in and out are easy too! Recommended if you are planning to visit Florence. A lovely welcome note and chocolate too.☺️

The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. The reception staff were friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. The double room we booked was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided by the hotel had a wide variety of options with great quality. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience during their travels!

Convenient location across SMN station. Hotel is clean, new and has a big lounge. Breakfast has a decent variety of choices. Good value

Excellent location: near Firenze Santa Maria and Bus Stop Modern style room: lovely decoration and light, but a bit small (2 medium suitcases should be maximum) Nice staff: fast speed and helpful

A good attitude with service mindset for their staffs...the location is simply unbeatable with a stone throw away from train station 🚉🚉🚉.

The location could not be any better. And the room we had was very nice. Think we got upgraded to a cozy double. We didn't have breakfast as we thought it was a little over priced at 18 euros. The minibar didn't have any prices so we assumed it was free but we were asked if we had anything when we checked out. We lied and said no and got away with it. So if it was meant to be free then massive thanks! If not then you need to put prices on it :)

newly renovated room, comfortable & clean. excellent location which is close to Florence train station will stay this hotel in future which i highly recommend to others.
