First of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me. If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for. One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors.

這家青旅真的讓我非常滿意！首先，環境設施非常棒，裝修風格簡約又温馨，給人一種很舒適的感覺。離火車站特別近，步行幾分鐘就能到，對於拖着行李的旅客來説簡直是福音！衞生方面也做得很好，房間和公共區域都保持得非常乾淨整潔，住起來很放心。舍友們也很有素質，大家都很友好，晚上也很安靜，完全不用擔心被打擾。浴室裏還提供了免費的洗浴用品，真的很貼心，不用自己帶太多東西。最讓我驚喜的是廚房，不僅設備齊全，還提供了免費的食物，可以自己做飯，既省錢又方便，特別適合長期居住的旅客。前台服務真的特別熱情！為我介紹了周圍所有的景點，推薦了很多吃的喝的，因為我是亞洲人所以和我講英文的時候還特意放慢了語速～總之，這家青旅性價比超高，強烈推薦！

工作人員很親切也很為人著想，他們會看狀況調動，來確保大家都盡可能住得舒服。免費供應咖啡、麵包、雞蛋，非常貼心💖 同時，離主要車站步行5-10分鐘就到！ 非常喜歡！！
