Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. 見た目でだいぶ損をしているホテルだと思います。 あまりに賑やかすぎる外観ゆえに、変なホテルだと思われそうですが 内装は非常に清潔で、とても快適なホテルです。 共用スペースも広く、自動販売機もあって便利です。 他の宿泊者の方々の民度も高く、常識のあるしっかりした方が多いので 迷惑な滞在客によって不快な思いをすることもないでしょう。 フィレンツェ中心部のホテルは、とんでもなく高額だったり 価格に見合った設備とはいいがたいものが多いので 個人的には、移動時間を多少掛けたとしても このホテルを起点にした方がいいように感じました。

If there is a review higher than 5 I’d definitely add it, this is so far the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in all Italy, extremely helpful, friendly and very patient. For sure we’ll visit this hotel and we highly recommend it to everyone.

the air inside the room is bad the pillow is bad smell i dont feel good at the bed i dont know why the price is 240 euro/night and the conditions are bad i will never go again at this hotel neverrrr very old inside and plug are like year 1970 i feel bad

The rooms are awful. They are dirty, tiny and once again dirty. The lobby smells like worms. The rooms smell like humidity. The walls are not soundproof at all even when we are talking we can be heard to the nearby rooms. There are 5 outlets in total. Well only 2 of them work. One of them makes a noice like something is being fried and the others just does not work at all. The wifi is not working. One of the most important problems and it's not the last one. Some rooms don't have warm water and some others don't have water at all. On some doors the locks don't work which means that there is no privacy at all. There is hair on the hundred years old towels. The elevator is olso 100years old if you get stuck in there you are convicted to death. The sheets stink. What a wonderful experience .(not)

Molto spaziosa , accoglienza ottima e subito disponibile. Colazione buona e abbondante. Ottima posizione, letteralmente vicino all autostrada, stra comoda!!. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Il bagno completo di confort. Ultimate pecca l 'acqua della doccia non era stabilissima , continuava a cambiare la temperatura di continuo, da caldo a freddo e freddo a caldo, stavi più a litigare con l acqua che a farsi la doccia .

Hotel de diseño moderno y funcional. El hotel no está en el centro, está más cerca del aeropuerto, que del centro de la ciudad. Tienes un tranvía (número 2) a 3 minutos andando que te lleva hasta el centro (unitá), y que pasa por la estación de Sta. Maria Novella. Si es como nuestro caso, un viaje con no mucho tiempo de antelación en fechas muy concurridas (semana santa), puede ser una solución a la escasa disponibilidad del centro, aunque tampoco va a ser barato si hay una alta demanda. Las habitaciones son de un tamaño correcto, el estándar de unos 15m2 que encontramos en muchos hoteles. La decoración es moderna y funcional, y su limpieza es muy buena. Las camas eran cómodas y bastante amplias. En la habitación cuentas con todo lo necesario: buen wifi, una nevera, hervidor de agua... El personal del hotel es amable y servicial, especialmente el chico de barba que atendía por la tarde noche. Todavía recuerdo nuestra charla sobre la manera de tom**** las normas de circulación de los italianos. La zona, es una zona residencial y en la que se no se aprecian ruidos y molestias por las noches. En la zona hay varios supermercados (un lidl y un carrefour al lado) y varios sitios para comer algo. El restaurante movida, a 5 minutos a pie, es recomendable para comer una pizza

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

Estuvimos alojados durante 2 noches en un apartamento en la planta baja y 2 noches más en uno de la segunda planta. Aunque nos aseguraron que el de la segunda planta era mucho mejor, los dos apartamentos son ”viejunos y cutres”. Las paredes estan sucias, los muebles de la cocina esta descorchados, la única sartén está abollada, los muebles estan llenos de golpes, muy poca luz y con bombillas fundidas, ni un solo cuchillo que corte, la vitrocerámica rota y muy sucia, al sentarte en el sofá se abría por lo que era inservible, colchón muy incomodo y un largo etcétera. No funcionaba la calefacción, según ellos por orden del ayuntamiento, cosa que dudo mucho. Las fotos deben ser de cuando lo abrieron y no han hecho ninguna reforma. En la cocina no hay ni cafetera, ni tostadora. Vaya, para no volver. Los apartamentos estan en el edificio antiguo. El edificio nuevo está cerrado. A su favor hay que decir que está muy bien ubicado, en un barrio tranquilo con tramvia directo al aeropuerto y al centro de la ciudad.
